STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. We used their services for about 3 years. In that time the services were always so-so. We tried to cancel and was charged around $175. Then we charged for 4 months and I was told because I didn't email them that I had cancelled, it wasn't cancelled. Although, my card was charged for the cancellation fee.....makes no sense. I was told it would take 30 days to cancel and I would still have to pay monthly fees. I basically had to lose my ...... and explain it was fraud before they would even think of refunding me. I'm still waiting.....

After 6 years I wanted to cancel, they said no because I was a month behind in payment. And I had to call another number after payment process. Basically the run around. I unplugged the unit called and asked for cancellation after my payment... 3 month later they sent collections after me and are ruined my credit report even though I cancelled and paid them up to date. SCAM even after my 5 year contract has expired they resign you without your knowledge and bill you even with unit unplugged and service cancelled via phone call and letter. ... Super shady!!

The most unprofessional business to deal with. Equipment going off at 3am installer couldn’t fix it or tell us what the problem was.Vivant is a scam I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.
