Kennedy Hearing Centre

I was really impressed by the quality of service offered by Kennedy Hearing Centre -- unlike other clinics where they rush you through or are constantly trying to upsell you to the newest hearing aids, Dr. Mistal takes the time to listen and understand what's going on in your life so he can help you get a best fit. If you have a hearing aid already, he is able to do repairs if necessary, and I was pleasantly surprised that he can do many of them in-house, so the turn-around time is a lot faster than if it needs to be sent away. Although I haven't need to use it, apparently they have the only specialized tinnitus testing equipment in Canada -- wow!

Kennedy Hearing Centre charged me $210 for just hearing test & ear cleaning, and even didn't give me a receipt. The place even doesn't looked like done anything for COVID-19 either, no cleaning, no social distance, etc. My hearing seems getting worse after visiting this place too. Is it legitimate business?

I highly recommend Kennedy Hearing to anyone of any age who is experiencing hearing issues. Sam Teo (RHIP) & Tonya are refreshingly personable, attentive, well-organised, and accommodating individuals. In a very kindly and unhurried manner, Sam took every measure to make my mother comfortable prior to ensuring her hearing aids were properly adjusted and comfortable. None of my mother's questions or concerns went unanswered. We're actually looking forward to our next visit. How refreshing!

Gave me good advice and is trying to keep and fix my current aids instead of selling New. Also helped with Government forms to claim due to Military service. Office not completely Modern but the end results at the end of the day are good for all.

The doctor is very professional and cleans my ear wax blockage in 15 minutes. He is very kind and nice. The fee is $90. I definitely recommend here if you have ear wax blockage and hearing problem. I give the doctor the best rating.

I went to see Dr. Gregory on Tuesday after two weeks of having my right ear completely blocked. I had seen my family doctor who asked me to use oil to dissolve the wax. Throughout the years I have been recommended to use oil without much success. Dr. Gregory made a big difference. He cleaned my ears right away. Wow! What a relief! Thank you thank you thank you!

First took my dad here to have his ear looked at because it was bleeding. The doctor saw a blockage, did something to stop the bleeding and advised he get to an ENT.The ENT cleaned his ear and told my dad some adjustments needed to be done to his hearing aids. He came back to Kennedy where they were reprogrammed even though they had been purchased elsewhere. Dad is very happy with the results.
