We used this company to clean our carpets while we were away. The areas where there wasn’t any staining, yes it came clean. Where there was stains nothing changed. Once we were home we used some dawn dish soap with our Canadian tire carpet cleaner and the stain is now no longer there. I wish I knew how to post the photos to show. I expect when you hire a carpet cleaning company they can do what your cheap Canadian tire machines can’t do. This company isn’t that company.
