I was happy with this location of Global Pet Foods until recently. I bought a Petzapper and the lady told me I could return it if it didn't work. I tried it twice and it didn't, so I tried to return it. The same lady said I couldn't return it, and she denied that she told me I could. She told me I wouldn't tell you that you could return a used product." I asked "Why would I ask you if I could return it if didn't work if I wasn't going to use it?" She used the hygiene card. I guess i should have lied and said I didn't use it. They lost my business forever."

Customer Service is terrible, the last two times we have gone, the staff is not very friendly at all, you can tell she does not want to be there. Did not even ask if we needed help with anything.This is to bad because we love going to see the cats and frog, but will go to another location from now on. Even my daughter mentioned that they are not very nice at this store

Very friendly staff, clean store, always has my super niche food on hand and plenty in stock, and there are cats hanging around the entire store. You'd be a fool if you bought your pet supplies from PetSmart or any other mega corp, keep it local!!

They are always friendly and knowledgeable and I love visiting with the resident feline shop assistants. I appreciate the fact they are not like a big brand pet store because I know that the food that they carry is only Quality healthy foods and not junk like a lot of the pet stores carry. ( they have done the work by choosing to sell only the best foods so you as a customer aren't bombarded by all sorts of bad choices) they also have the ability to give samples away which non of the big brand stores do.

The staff are always extremely helpful. My cat was having some digestive issues, and they gave me quite a few different samples to try out - we ended up finding one that she loved and things are going much better. I also love saying hi to the friendly shop cats!
