never have i ever had such bad drive thru service. all because i asked for a fork to the poutine. Which he had forgotten we emptied the bag and nothing there. Getting the window closed in our face and told to move away in a very rude and horribly mean way i am stunned by it. I understand it was busy but i did not argue all i asked was for a fork missing. but i guess it was to much to ask

Pretty typical McDonalds. Service is great though. Because we don’t speak French, we tried using the self ordering system there but the printer doesn’t work (apparently a known problem but why don’t they fix it?). We were pleasantly surprised when we found out that most people who work there speak English very well. The line was very big, so we went to find a table that could sit all of us and as we were doing that, one of the employees brought our order to us. This was an amazing gesture and a sign that McDonald’s is focusing on customer service.

McDonald's food is overpriced generally to eat junk, but service is fine and the atmosphere is actually really nice.

It is really a very nice and clean place. The facility is cold. Very friendly staff. Special thanks to the manager who speaks excellent English. My kids accidentally broke a drink and everything was instantly put away and washed.

Meal was great.. the service is the worst.. 3 people working and I was the only person in from of the cash and it took 4 minutes before someone would come and take my order... they didn't even have the decency to say hang in I'll be right with you" "or sorry for making you wait ".. customers pay your wages .. and if you don't treat them good then we won't be back. ."

The store is physically closed. You cannot go inside!!! You have to order through drive through which is USELESS! The wait for over 10 minutes the first time I tried. I left after 10 minutes and I wasn’t even In the order line yet that I could leave!! They don’t park their customers! They don’t come out to drop off your order. Your only choice is to line up. I tried again tonight and it took is 14 minutes!!! I counted! I even took a video and sent it to McDonald’s Head Office. I went to Tim Horton’s instead and got my breakfast meal in 3 minutes and 25 seconds! I ordered through the App and I started counting from the moment I got into the store. If you are at the Gaspe McDonald’s don’t bother. Just go to Tim Horton’s unless you like waiting!

The employees seem to not care. Not only do I rarely receive exactly what I ordered but the food is thrown in the bag when you get take out. The quick order machines are usually broken, the setting area is horrible designed (places with benches have nowhere to hang your coat) and the employees rarely smile.
