We had our stairs recently installed last year by S and M stairs and they have done such a great job. They committed to getting the work done in a time frame and stuck to the timeline (no delays!!). They went above and beyond to make sure my husband and me were happy with the final product!. We are very happy we went with S and M stairs!

So much pride in their work! Everyone was helpful and patient. Communication was good throughout the job. The installation team cleaned and tidied after each day. The workmanship on the stairs and details were stellar. Thank you S&M ! Great job!

They don't have accountability on their job. After several calls and fake promises to me. They didn't finish my job and left the house.

S and M Stairs installed pickets on the floating stairs in our multi level town house , it was somewhat of a different job as they were installed horizontally between the stairs to prevent our small dog from possibly falling through the gap. The job was not a problem for them and the workmanship and the end product looks fabulous, the installation boys did an exemplary jobI wouldn’t hesitate of highly recommending S and M for any stair or picket work

A really comprehensive showroom. A good place to get ideas, have a look at size and scale, and settle on details. It was very helpful.

Recently had our stairs and railing redone by them. They recapped all the steps, installed new railing and nosing in solid maple. They were able to stain match all the wood to our new flooring and did a very good job on the installation and finishing. Would definitely recommend checking them out.
