Amazing service, vert kind and passionate staff

Very awesome place, I went there to buy a budgie and I saw that the animals are taking care of very well, plus the price are right and not overpriced plus the owner of the store is very friendly and when the took the budgie to the box I saw that they tried they're best to not hurt and scare the bird.

Best pet shop. They are very polite and try to help in every way possible. They take very good care of there animals. I recommend this place more than 100% ❤️❤️❤️❤️

5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️If I could give more stars I would!Proud new owner of a Guinea pig all thanks to Felix for my 7 year old daughter. The women who works there made my daughters day setting up our Guinea pigs new home head to toe and also spoiled our new little pet.I highly recommend this pet store for any animal needs you may have.The staff is so friendly & knowledgable of the animals they have!Thank you so much again!

very helpful staff and many animals you would not see in other stores. they have a nice animals for low prices. most pet shops are really expensive, but this one is definitly not. wide selection of animal food.

My go to place. I got 4 cats, 4 rabbits and two lizards.

Went to Felix to buy my niece a fish tank, when I called over the phone they had said the total for fish + tank would be around 100$.Once I got there she then said it wasn’t her that I spoke to and the girl was new who gave that price.She then told me it would be around 150$After my niece already picked out her fish she continued to add on things that I « needed » for the tank. Finally once finished with all the add ons the bill came out to 270$.At this point it’s to late to cancel my niece was so excited. Get home to find out she never sold us the heater tank so both fish died. Two fish (75$)When my niece went back to get the tank the women who sold the fish said the reason she didn’t add the tank was because the bill was already too high and didn’t want to upset me.Along with the heater also said sand was needed so another add on. So in total the bill was around 350$. Which is fine if I was advised when I initially asked for the total. Also she did not replace the fish which had no chance of surviving with not heater.Extremely disappointed with my experience here at Felix, I’m not sure if this is a regular way of conducting their business but i Will not be returning or recommending to anyone.

I was a regular customer, was buying food for my rabbit. Great selection of products, very polite, professional and attentive personnel. Only positive feedback!

The employees are some of the kindest people ever!They really helped in figuring out how to take care of our cats since we just recently introduced them together.They helped pick out the best brush for our cats even though one has a thick coat and sensitive skin, then the other a thin coat with non sensitive skin.They take very good care of all the animals, and a lot of these animals are so sweet!The bird there loves getting head scratches.The bunnies are super adorable too!

Staff was extremely helpful and attentive (we were the only ones in the whole store) but still. This store needs a face lift and some updating. Back of the store was dark and not as organized as other pet stores I've been in.
