Anew Auto Sales

I've owned 4 vehicles prior to buying from Anew Auto, all paid for in full. This was my first time deciding to finance a vehicle and it was made very simple and stress free thanks to Rob! He helped guide me through the process, answered all the questions I had, was very quick with communication (give and you get). He's a very personable guy, kind, friendly and easy to talk to with a smile on his face! I recommend anew auto to anyone vehicle shopping :)

4.5/5. We recently bought a vehicle from Anew Auto. Fantastic customer service! Soon after buying the car (which we really like), we encountered a few mechanical problems. Rob happily fixed them all (he’s also a mechanic); he even dropped the car off at my workplace. It’s clear that he cares a lot about what he puts out there! When we eventually decide to upgrade one of our cars, we’ll definitely go back to Anew Auto!

The ABSOLUTE most outstanding customer service I have EVER received from a dealership. Being a young age with a sore credit score, these guys did what nobody else was willing to do. Not only did they get me approved, they did it at the best rate possible and hooked me up with a warranty that is almost too good to be true... and they did it in less than 24 hours!!! I literally cried after they told me I could have my dream car. The nicest most easy going people you will ever deal with. I am so grateful to have met Rob. Genuine guy who really cares about his customers. I truly can't say enough. I am so appreciative. Thank you a million times over! I wouldn't take my business anywhere else from now on.

Good deal. I met Rob in mid october as I was looking for a low priced car that I could repair myself to see if I could still do it as I am a licensed technician but have been out of the trade for a few years. He had the perfect troubled MINI for me and he made the price right so I could gamble on it. After the sale as I learned a few of this minis troubles he was kind enough to take a call and share what he knew and he was not too far off of what was ailing the car. Well I played with it a little bit and now I have over 4000 kms on the car since I bought it and I have everything working as it should. The repair was not an easy one and not for the average mechanic but you can't tell the car was ever troubled. My story may not suit everyone but I send this review to state at the honesty I experienced and his willingness to tell me what he could even though mine was an as is deal and he did not have to take the time to do so. When looking for another challenge in the future his lot will be one that I check out first.

I went to Anew to buy a Toyota Rav4 and had lots of questions, Rob was very welcoming and had the answers, along with his brother too. The Rav is a smooth, fast driving SUV and I appreciate all the help and clarity I got from buying there!

Recently purchased a Corvette from Anew. Customer experience was good, easy purchase. Don't trust the Safety though, had to replace fuel sending unit within 30 days, didn't work after the first fill and had to replace tires shortly after since they were 11 years old. Get the car checked by a reputable shop.

Rob and Joe changed my used car shopping experience. It hadnt been pleasant until we rolled into Anew auto sales. The brothers are personable, honest and have a great sense of humor!Thanks so much to both of you!

Dealt with Rob. Was in a rush to find a car. He had a clean example. Was certified and I was driving it within 3 days after purchsse. Had a small issue with a bulb the day after. He diagnosed it and fixed it within an hour. Great experience
