Attempted to deliver my package at 9am… now I have to pick it up? I’ve never dealt with a delivery service that wouldn’t make a second attempt to deliver. Communication is poor, terrible service.

When I came downstairs the delivery guy was leaving. I shout at him try to get him too see me. He pretended not seeing me and drove away. Now I have to pickup the package my self. Great service. They try so hard to not deliver packages

The worst service provider. These guys don't care about customer schedule and reschedule or cancel pickup as per their convenience at the day/time of pickup/delivery.

Delivery didn't work out and I had to pick up furniture from the depot. Depot front desk staff were courteous and helpful, but not having furniture delivered to my apartment defeated the purpose of online shopping.I'm happy that picking it up wasn't a hassle, but the drivers could learn to look a little harder before giving up on a delivery.

Very bad service. They just drive around your package. Never attempt to reach out to customers and ends up getting a slip to pick it up everytime. Ugly shipping service for big online shopping companies. I fear shopping online to know they use purolater" to ship my items. Worse!"

Don't trust Purolator and their fly by night cronies. There CS is terrible and their PR reps only want to shut you up to cover for their incompetence. Use just about any other delivery service. They have repeatedly lied about attempting a delivery" and never even arrive at the delivery location. Don't take my word for it
