The staff whoever works on Sunday, April 2 night at around 8 pm is terrible. I asked for napkin second time because my daughter spilled the drink. The staff was unhappy and asked me: did I now give you napkins before? I said you gave to me once but my daughter spilled the drink….. ridiculous…

I take my coffee triple/triple but when I order from this store I have to order four/four. They never have a day when the customer can order their favourite soup. I ask if they could do soup on special days but the only soup they do is chicken noodle or cream of broccoli. Why can’t we have soup on a certain day?? How hard is that? Also anything blueberry your company gets rid of. Why? Blueberry bagel, blueberry fritters, blueberry Tim bits, I mean Tim Hortons also went from a coffee was 70 points but ow it’s 400 points. I am so disappointed that I have decided that I will make my coffee at home, at least I will get what I want! Not impressed, no wonder Tim hortons isn’t the number one store in canada anymore!!!!

I have been consistently disappointed by the lack of care placed by this location. This last order was my final trip, I will not be going back! Ordered a BBQ chicken bowl and they didn’t even put the proper sauce on it.. these was no veggies and all crispy onions on it with two leafs of lettuce. It was so salty I gagged on the first bite. People know what they order, you can’t change the recipe without people noticing… waste of money to come to this location

I have continued to experience bad service from this branch. There is usually an error with the order, or just general kindness is lacking during the brief conversation. Also, the owner is probably racist, if you have noticed, they are only replying to western names.

Wanted to order an ice-capp. But I forgot what it called and said frappes. The guy in front counter condescendingly said “We don’t sell frappes here. This is not a Starbucks”. I really didn’t need that much sass this early in the morning. That guy need an attitude check.

Love a morning coffee which sets my day. But when a coffee tastes like the coffee grounds, steel or mud - leaves a bad taste in my mouth. For the team who run this location, PLEASE TASTE YOUR COFFEE (Decaf and dark roast) as it consistently is NOT good. With so many timmies near by, I have to skip this location.

Very poor customer I asked for a loaded bowl with extra chicken and I never got the extra chicken I came back from home and they claimed I never paid for the extra chicken so they wouldn't give it. Maybe they should pay more attention.....thx

They didn’t listen to anything I asked, I said no chipotle on my wrap and yet they gave it to me with chipotle, also asked for a milk substitution in both my coffees and they messed that up too. Pretty dissatisfied and disappointed
