I phoned Heinz this morning with a small repair request and lucky for me he was able to fit me in to his schedule only 3 hours later. Repair was good and I would use him again.

We have our home alarm with Heinz. We like that he’s a real person that cares about his business and his customers. For the services he provides, his company provides good value and quality. He is extremely responsive (you can call and text and you’ll get him vs. Some call centre you wait on hold with for however long).I highly recommend Keep Safe Systems for your home or business’ security needs.

My step daughter had a very negative interaction with this man during our installation and I would NOT recommend his services. there are far more professional security system companies out there. Also the security system is awful . Some of the negative comments he made were directed towards a minority race. Unfortunately I will not stand for it. DO NOT USE HIS SERVICES!!!!

Heinz took the time to text me back several times and took the time to help me try to diagnose my land line issue. He told me to call Telus and have them come fix the issue. Telus had previously told me that it’s not their issue, but after his guidance I insisted and when the Telus tech came he confirmed it was definitely their issue and ended up fixing it for free. So instead of just taking a fee and coming to fix it, he took the time to help me diagnose it and guided me how to get it fixed for free. Great customer service! Will definitely use for future needs.

Heinz installed our security system over ten years ago. He is obviously expert in his field. The system has always worked well and has been reliable. We have called Heinz in to add fire detection, add the garage to the system and other changes over the years. He has always been quick to respond.I do recommend adding the hardwired fire detection to your security system, it has saved our bacon on a couple of occasions.AndyEast van

We had Heinz fixup our alarm system and rescue it from a mess Telus made on our home security system. Very prompt and professional service, far superior to what Telus tried to do. We highly recommend KeepSafe Systems!

Heinz was very easy to deal with, did a great job updating our old alarm system. The cost was very reasonable with a system that allows use of fob for easy use of alarm for us older clients.
