Adorable small cafe right in downtown Hastings. Cozy decor yet what makes the place special is seeing all the locals there. We didn’t try their pizza as we came for breakfast, two days in a row. Breakfast served all day with breakfast special until noon. Excellent omelettes!! Good breakfast sandwiches, on bread or on bagel, your choice. Very good butter tarts and date bars.

Like stepping back to a time where food quality and service and just being friendly meant more then churning out orders, Bridgewater Coffee & Pizza is the epitome of and small town shop. Decorated with an eclectic mix of furniture and pictures of what I'm sure is memories from locals in the area, this restaurant is definitely a callback to an era that is gone in larger cities but fits perfectly on the shores of the Trent. Ordered 4 coffee's and 4 western omelet sandwiches which were all freshly made and tasted very good. Didn't get to have lunch as we were there for some fishing but for what we had, it was a good pick for a lazy Sunday morning.

Busy little coffee and lunch spot. Clearly a local favourite. Add visitors to this mix and it provides selection and service well worth the wait.

We were driving through Hastings and had to stop at the Bridgewater Café. We loved all the fresh desserts on display, the vintage mix-and-match tables and chairs and especially the gallery wall of local art.

I have a cottage in Hastings and decided to check out bridgewater cafe. I was greeted with smiles and an incredible warm environment. Not only were the ladies working so kind, but the food was so tasty!! Will definitely continue visiting this little gem of a place.

Beautiful little Cafe with very friendly staff, great food, baked items and ice cream. There prices are very reasonable compared to most places. I have been there a number of times and have had different things and have never been disappointed. I highly recommend this place if you are ever passing through Hastings!

If you are looking for something very home made with love this is the best place.I had their hot chocolate and ginger cookie , both of them reminded me of my home. Amazing place with such positive vibe if you are in this neighbourhood do visit this cafe

It is ALWAYS a wonderful visit to this tiny local shop. It's a place to live memories ✨️ ❤️Jackie and Brian are great hostesses and their food is delicious too.
