I handed my computer in to get it fix. He was fast and very easy to talk to. Kept me informed when changes came up and he was very fast! Quoted me a week and he was done in 3 days :)I will definitely return

The shop owner built my sons gaming computer for him. Not only did he have it completed on time he completed it on budget.I was also able to pay by etransfer which was convenient.

I bought my PC here 4 years ago. I asked for a custom built gaming machine. This gentlemen built me a great pc. I am still using it today, and I am about to take it in for its first upgrade. I will be bringing it back here. 4 years old and I can run any game out there. He was fast and worked with my budget. And most of all he built me a beast of a machine. I have not had to repair or replace a part in 4 years. and even though my system is old, With an upgraded vid card and some ram I will get another 4 years out of it. I would recommend this guy to anyone. And he is a small business owner and not some pricey place like summit who does not care or need your business. 4/4 stars.

My mom has gone to sam forever and when i started he was by centre mall and ive been going to him since i have even called him to figure out some stuff on my own because money troubles he has the best pricing in hamilton everyone i know i send to him.

I have been dealing with PC Shop Computers for nearly 5 years now. They are knowledgeable, reasonably priced and always available.

Sam was helpful in diagnosing an issue with my Macbook Pro. Another shop I had spoken to had quoted me for an entire new battery which, for this model, is really expensive. Sam advised that, while the battery has wear from its age, it is not in immediate need of being replaced. All that was needed was a new charging block/cable.A couple days after I was having issues again and noticed the new cable was bent at the input. I called Sam and he provided me with a replacement cable with no hesitation and no additional charge. I will be back for future work.

Amazing service for a small shop, more well equipped for the job than a Best Buy. Came in looking for a 150w laptop charger which NOBODY carries and lo and behold he has it in stock! Thanks for the help!
