802 Basement Waterproofing & Foundation Repair

I had to cancel the day before my estimate appt and then the morning of I realized I didn't have to cancel. Ray was flexible and still made time to come to the house that day. He was thorough, knowledgeable and very kind. He was patient while answering every question I had (and I had a lot!) and really explained to me what I needed done. I asked 802 to come out for a second opinion and he explained in detail what my options were, which were much more reasonable and sensible than the first estimate. I was so impressed that I told everyone how trustworthy Ray seems and I'll be recommending him to everyone looking for a basement specialist. Fingers crossed I'll be needing his services soon!

We have been experiencing mold on our concrete foundation and called this company for an estimate. They came by in a timely manner to do a free consultation and provided a reasonable and affordable estimate for the work to be completed. The entire experience working with them was highly professional. This is a great company that is affordable and does quality work. I would highly recommend them for any basement, crawl space and concrete slab work.

Ray came to our house to check out our water in the basement issue. We had found water in our basement and it wasn't a lot. We weren't sure if he could help, because we figured it may be coming from our drain pipe. He still investigated the issue, I mean investigated to help us to figure it out. He got down on the floor inspected the the wall, brought in a company water hose put it into the pipe that goes to the drain. Ran the water 5 mins and he started seeing the water to steep in through the cement block wall. He was honest and said that we needed someone that has a camera system to look in the drain. He could have tried to sell us a sump pump, like the previous company did, but he said that's not our issue. We live in a very sandy area and this was our first issue since living in the house 20+ years. I liked how honest he was and he tried his best to figure it out. He and my husband were right, it was the drain pipe. I liked it that he was honest and did not try to talk us into getting a sump pump to fix the issue. Thank you Ray!

Sought referrals for a local business to help with our basement problem on Front Porch Forum and was immediately given this company’s name. Raymond responded to a voicemail I left within minutes and came over to assess that afternoon. He explained his recommendation, and even suggested that we could probably handle it ourselves...but we opted to have his company handle it as it was worth it to us to have pros handle it! They scheduled us within the same week and to job was done quickly and efficiently. Dealing with Raymond and Travis was so pleasant and easy, and the job was handled so well that I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone looking for help with their basement issues. Purchased my first house this year and planning on finishing basement. Was extremely nervous about previous sump pump system installed. Ray met at my house and gave me a fair and honest quote we both agreed on. He showed up a week later and worked hard to install new sump pump system and even filled an old hole with concrete. Great company to work with. Tried to fix ourselves, still wet floor. They came in, did what they had to do at a reasonably price. No more wet floor. Have not had to use my dehumidifier. I recommend do not do yourself hire 802 basement water proofing.
