My mom and I came in last minute and they got us in right away. The staff were lovely, kind, and nice to chat with. Our nails look great and the price was very reasonable :) will definitely come back.

Would not go back here. The place was not sanitary, my hands and feet were itchy after their services for three days. They also cut me several times and now my hands and feet are throbbing. My feet still looks like I didn’t get a pedicure as the kid only buff the feet for 10 seconds and then left. I thought she would come back but she fell asleep in the back.With the poor services, they only apologized but still charged full price even with a half done service. Definitely beware of the place, you’ve been warned.

I had a lovely experience here getting a mani-pedi. Staff were warm, friendly and professional and did a beautiful job. The lady even asked about and was careful massaging around some scar tissue, which no one has ever been attentive enough to notice before. Prices were very reasonable. If I lived in Kelowna, this would be my go-to nail salon!

I highly recommend Ocean Nail & Spa. I am always satisfied when I leave after a pedicure or acrylic fill. I am quite particular about the way my nails are shaped and painted and the staff are always attentive to all the little nit picky things I want changed, and the polish is always applied perfectly. The times are always flexible and they have always been able to get me in last minute if I feel the need for a sudden change. They remember who I am, which is always a pleasure. I highly enjoy having my nails serviced here.
