I wanted to take a few moments to thank Joanita & Virginia, who were both not only guest forward in their customer service, but went above and beyond for us.We have stayed at multiple hotels in the past year, numerous times, and this was a truly wonderful experience that deserves recognition.Joanita, with her genuine smile, upbeat & friendly personality, excelled in welcoming us as guests and ensured we were well taken care of during our stay. An absolute ray of sunshine and wonderfully personable. Thank you Virginia.Our room was well stocked and refreshed both days. Hotel was quiet, clean and safe and has lots of parking. Pool & hot tub were great. Checkout was quick and efficient.We will absolutely look forward to staying here again in the future.
