Greg Hofmann Counselling

Greg Hofmann has been one of the biggest impacts in my life. When we met I was 7 months clean and sober, I am now almost 7 years! He has given me the tools and has taught me how to become the person I once was before all the garbage was packed on. He helped me take piece by piece off and built strength and self love back in. Someone planted a seed years ago in me and Greg has been watering it and making it grow. Something I love about his guidance is that no matter how many times I repeated my old patterns he never made me wrong for it, he would empower me to keep going and to believe in myself. He told me one day to practice something “unconditional acceptance of what is” and let me tell you, I practice this everyday. Greg is someone who listens to my crazy, listens to my anger, listens still even if I hang up and he always listens to what I need. He has helped me be a better mom, an awesome partner in life, a true friend and the best part is he continues to teach me how to live consciously throughout my life. I am grateful to him and his love to help others live a life of they love. The people in my life benefit as well, like I said before, he’s helped me find myself again. He’s good at what he does and I share that with anyone I know who I feel he could connect with. Xo Billboard

I was reluctant to seeing a Councillor but was highly recommended Greg by a friend. Greg's knowledge, expertise and methods have been instrumental in helping me understand things clearer. He has a toolbox of helpful strategies.

The atmosphere was not comfortable or supportive as suggested on the website. Quite the opposite. Having only met this person one time, I can say their style is NOT for Me... therapeutic environment it was not. Zero effort to build any trust or rapport with Me. I left feeling 'worse' then when I walked in. And that's the beauty of seeking out professional help - YOU get to decide who You will take that journey with. If some One is not for You, move on. There are many counselors out there. Do what is best for You.

The best decision I made was hiring Greg as my counsellor/coach. He has given me the tools to be more present in life and be able to deal with the everyday ups and downs. I’ve learned to identify issues and let go and move forward.

It is not enough to say Greg is brilliant at what he does, he gave me my life back. I had depression and massive anxiety, I had lost most all I had including family and sunk to a place I believed was my certain future.
