This UPS locations is absolutely fantastic and I would highly recommend it. I typically print and ship the majority of our business related documents here and there has never been any issues. Mustafa and his staff are always accommodating, are able to meet tight deadlines, and always provide excellent customer service throughout the whole experience. I look forward to continuing to be a customer at this specific UPS location.

Forget printing at Staples! You can have vibrant coloured prints & posters created here, in house and ready the same or next day!! Unlike staples, you won't pay until you pick up and ensure everything is correct. Send the wrong file or not in the correct resolution, don't worry M. will make sure he has the proper file before printing, and on the appropriate paper for your job. Our local business has been dealing with the friendly proprietor of UPS store #158 for years now. We have all our printing done here, with no worries of being overcharged or receiving a less than stellar product. Further, we seamlessly ship out of this UPS store #158 every other day with no issues. If there's a problem they'll look after you and make it right! I cannot recommend this business highly enough. They always go over and above to provide the kind of service you cannot find anymore. It’s the care and concern usually found only at small businesses, I really cannot say enough about how great every experience with them is. UPS has a customer for life because of the team at this location.

Today 19 December 2022 at 11:45. I tried to ship a letter oversea. The lady at the front is extremely rude and unprofessional. So I left Took my business to other location Kensington and receive a better customer service. Now you lost the customer and hundred dollar service.

Great service and helpful staff. I’ve shipped a few paintings from this location and they are very good about giving me shipping estimates so I can charge the client before shipping. So far everything has reached its destination and nothing was damaged. They even have a bit of parking out back which is awesome as this area has little free parking

Fast, reliable and customer friendly! They also have lots of services other than parcels and logistics. They have key duplicates, office supplies, Shredding services and Mailbox service.

I was supposed to receive my package on Feb 14-16 Feb and haven’t received it yet (it’s March 02). Contacted home-depot customer service and they said it arrived on Feb 22 and the customer wasn’t available. I was home all day and nobody ring the unit bell, nobody called me, didn’t get any note to pick it up from UPS, …How did they wanna deliver it. That’s annoying and kinda seems like they never bothered to deliver it.

Helpful people in this tiny little location. A good place to get emergency copies printed , when youre on the go and need a printer fast.
