The quality of service here is excellent. They were able to replace the battery on my old macbook within an hour plus, they took care of a few other things to make my computer looking like new again. The prices were reasonable and fair for what I needed in comparison to the apple store.It was my first time visiting and I will definitely be back again when I need something else fixed. I'm very happy with my visit here and I highly recommend this business for apple repairs!

The techs at Apple Expert were fantastic! After being quoted $260+tax and a 5-7 business day wait time by GeekSquad I found these guys. Not only did they have my computer wiped clean, reinstalled all my data in under 48 hrs, they came in nearly $100 cheaper. Great customer service, friendly & knowledgeable. Highly recommend!

I brought my iPhone 12 for a screen replacement and the reason why I chose this place instead of the average repair shop in Calagary is due to their “authorized apple repair” certification . One they have on display at the counter mind you. Before handing the device I specifically asked “will the new screen work with the Face ID” to which the owner said “YES”. The reason for the question is that since iPhone X/11 (introduction of Face ID) apple introduced a practice to alert the user of an aftermarket screen replacement OR bad installation, specially to avoid people bypassing the faceID for security reasons. This warning would also remove Face ID and True Tone capacity off the phone. There are three official methods given by apple to actual authorized iPhone repair centres to properly fix/replace a screen. Software registration of the new screen, removing the original data chip from the broken screen and soldering into the new one, aligning the Face ID components properly. I was 100% that none of those steps would be followed or attempted. Once I got the phone back I noticed the following: 1 screen was not properly installed, the edges were off and I could press the screen down just so it would pop back up again. 2 the glue utilized to prevent water and dust to get in (IP68) was improperly installed the glue was out of the casing in two separate areas, therefore it’s no longer water proof. 3 the charging port and conector were not aligned (it is slight to the right making it difficult to connect a charger without applying force). Face ID and True Tone display are both disabled - obviously as the actual official screen repair guide were not followed. When I pointed out and explained those things the owner said “not that’s not the reason why” and then proceeded not to give the actual reason why the Face ID was not working. Mind you that the phone display a message warning about the screen replacement and literally explain that Face ID and True Tone would be disabled. So, not only the shop had a really bad installation they also did not uphold the claimed “apple authorized repair centre” protocol, which prompts me to believe they are certified for Macs and other products not iPhones or the certification is no longer valid / outdated. Either way, they charge more than other places, don’t have warranty, installed it improperly, brushed off their responsibility over the lost functionality of the phone and claim not to understand the problem. Luckily for me I know people that can solder the original chip onto the new screen and solve the problem but fact remains that this place is the very last I would take ANY of the several apple products I have at home EVER. Bonus: the back glass of the iPhone 12 and up is a combination of glass and frame - they used a frame from the US that has 5g mmWave antena (not actually available in canada) AND the phone is now overheating.

Good customer service, professional and efficient. He was able to diagnose my MacBook pro-2015 in less than 5min. Provided me with 2 potential problems. It was a trackpad issue, which was his first thought. Quick turnaround, 1 Day fix. The price was way better than the Apple store. I will now bring all my Apple products to him. Highly recommended. Have brought many different devices over the years and results have always been exactly as advertised. Honest, friendly and great communications. They are open to answer any and all questions without hesitation to ensure you are comfortable in understanding the problem and solution(s) for your device. Highly recommend for quick and cost effective solutions to your tech problems. Can even upgrade old macs for continued use for fraction of the cost of a new mac. Would give 6 Stars if I could.

Stopped in with an iPad that had battery replaced at another place and then wouldn't turn on. I thought I would have to leave it for days. They diagnosed it immediately and provided good input on my options. I ended up scrapping it because the cost of the screen alone was more than buying a refurbished one. Regardless, their service was amazing!

Never go to the Apple store for a replacement again. Trust me, go to the guys at Apple expert instead, they are honestly the most knowledgable apple technicians in the city, and will do your repair for half the price, usually with warranty as well. I've been here twice and both times they've fully explained and shown me the issue, describing how they will fix it and how much it will cost. And then my problem is solved perfectly within a few days. 5 stars without a doubt.

Haider and staff were exceptional in explaining the repair to be made and the associated cost. The repairs and installation of a SSD in my 27” iMac were expeditiously made and at the quoted cost. I was very impressed and highly recommend them to anyone requiring Apple equipment repair. You won’t be disappointed!!!

That was the best phone service I have ever gotten. Needed a battery replacement. Had a tiny sliver on my screen. Everyone else said I had to replace the screen, apple expert replaced the battery and were so gentle they were able to salvage the screen. Thank you so much.
