This Desjardines location is okay. However, the customer service is plan right garbage. The reason for the two stars is that they will up your premium without discussing the reasoning or even informing you ahead of time. They just assume you will receive the letter in the mail informing you of the increase. I do have to hands down, thank Wendy, who is the only person who was able to address my needs.
