The network hub has been fabulous. Always quick responses; willing to work with me when there have been any perceived billing issues. Overall, I would recommend them highly. They are also extremely efficient with their freshbooks billing system and always forward my mail quickly. Can't rate them high enough!

I use this location for drop-in visits while downtown. It's nice and quiet, no loud music competing with me on phone calls, and very reasonable cost. You get a comfortable chair, a desk, power, and WiFi.

I am in my second year of using the Network Hub virtual office service. I probably go in once every 2-3 months to pick up mail. I am always amazed that they know my name every time I go. Every time I call, the service is impeccable. Recently, I was going to cut it close to pick up my mail before 5pm so I called and they agreed to wait for me, on a Friday no less! I used their room rental service once as well and the process was easy, from booking to invoicing. Highly recommended.

Misleading management. I asked for a dedicated desk (which is a 3-months commitment, min 1050 CAD in billings). They took 10-20min to check availability and then confirmed there are 2 desks available. I picked one and they promissed to send me the agreement paper for signing shortly.After 3-4 hours of waiting for the agreement, I was told that there are some other clients who confirmed some booking and no other desks are available at the moment.Completely disappointing.Would not recommend that office space for anyone who needs to operate reliably.

The staff and services provided at The Network Hub were always exceptional. They go out of their way to accommodate customers’ needs. I was a client for over four years and never was disappointed by The Network Hub. Their responses to questions were always prompt and cheerful. Highly recommended!

We love working with The Network Hub! Having a professional face for our organization through the Mail Service is fantastic - we don't have to worry about missing an important delivery or having a client or partner drop off items for us. Utilizing the shared workspace and meeting room has been a huge benefit for us and we're thrilled to continue to work with the team at The Network Hub!

The Network Hub is not only a great service, but full of great people! I've recently given birth and was late in doing some changes to my account and they were more than accommodating. They really went above and beyond to provide great customer service. They are so understanding and I look forward to this continued relationship! Use them; you can't go wrong!
