I should have read the reviews prior of taking a day off to attend the appointment that got canceled on me while i was in the parking lot. The day before, my appointment got rescheduled which force me to take a full day off from work unexpectedly. Then as i am a few minutes away from the clinic, i received a call saying to me that if we do not arrive in the next 5 min, my appointment will get canceled as i have to fill up numerous forms (which was news to me as i thought my daughter file would have been transferred over) and that they have a strict late policy. Everything should have been emailed to me, but i got told that my email wasnt going through. Never did they try to contact me to let me know about important forms that they couldn’t email to me. They only contacted me to change my appointment time less than 24 hours before. Unfortunately, it shows how disorganized and untrained the medical office staff is and how poor they are about communication.

This was NOT the first time!!! They always ask to book appointment first and then before 1 or 2 week will call you to reschedule?? Then before 1,2 days of the appointment will call you again to ask to come earlier before the appointment’s time!! Hello??? We’re all need to work and we need to reschedule our working hours to fit your appointment. Please respect other person!!! The receptionist is a liar, she just tried to call me several time to make up the time frame that look like she called me. Every phone calls only after few SECONDS !!! You guys making such as good LIAR team to fool patients!! You did that too many times already!Worst pediatrician ever - Kan C Lee!!! Need to wait for a long line up for the appointment, when finally got to the appointment they just call to cancel or ask to reschedule because the doctor can’t make it. Today I came in for my son appointment and the doctor just rushed to leave for the day and blaming us come in late for 5mins ??? The receptionist is also a liar, she said to me on phone the doctor will wait for me within 10mins, when I got there (within 5mins) she told the doctor already left. If you can not stay for the appointment you should not ask us to make the appointment with you. Worst place ever! Do Not take your child to him!!

Oh .... terrible experience for me and my 5 months old child. It would have been my baby's 2nd visit with Dr. Lee after the first one only lasted for 10 mins with this doctor because he rushed the appointment as though we were not important. I have never been taken into the exam room right on time for any of my appointments at this clinic because of the notorious wait time of 45 minstrel to an hour wait. Unfortunately the doctor couldn't return the grace when we were just under 15 minutes late. If you are looking for a compassionate doctor for your kid, this is not a place for you.

I saw Dr. Hanjani. Terrible experience. I went in for one concern and she focused on something completely different. Told her I would not go on hormonal treatment, and without knowing whats wrong with me told me the next visit if my concern was still valid the next step would be hormonal treatment. Blindly wrote me a prescription for antibiotics without knowing what was going on only to call me 3+ weeks later with lab results to.... you guessed it. Prescribe MORE antiobiotics. Luckily I didnt fill any of the presctiptions initially written for me. I asked for blood work that included certain things. She refused stating I didnt need any of that. Ummm. HOW DO YOU KNOW!? Terrible terrible experience at this office. Ive informed my family doctor and will not return to this office.

I been seeing Dr. Kan Lee for years for all three of my kids and never been late once. I was late first time because of unforseen accident on the road and when the receptionist called were about five minutes away and they call to follow up I was already in the elevator..His assistance refused us service, citing policy.. even when we informed them.Receptionist apologize but it wasn't her fault. I guess to time find another Doctor for my kids.

I have been once to this clinic, my main problem is their message on the phone. Several times I have told the manager to get it corrected but nothing been done.. very very frustrating.

I had an absolutely amazing experience. Stuff is very friendly and helpful. Everyone is very friendly and you don't have to wait long for an appointment. Dr. Alda Ngo helped me a lot with acupuncture and I am grateful. They try to make your stay at the clinic very pleasant. All recommendations!

I had an excellent experience with Dr. Ballerman. She's very kind n professional. I'm glad I had seeing her throughout my last months of pregnancy.

I met with Dr. Adel Abdulhafid twice at this location. Both times he was friendly and welcoming. I felt comfortable that I was being treated kindly and with respect and professionalism. I would definitely recommend Dr. Abdulhafid and I greatly appreciate the referral from my regular physician.
