My first time shopping in this store and not only were the staff extremely friendly and helpful , but they took the time to help me find exactly what I was looking for ! I could not be more impressed with a Quality Store and Quality Staff! Thank you Spencer's Gifts I will recommend you to my friends and will definitely be back to shop again!

I always find myself walking into this store any time I am at the mall! Lots to see and they always seem to be getting new stuff in. I'm not generally ever asked if I need a hand looking for something so that's why I gave 4 stars out of 5

Always so many different, hilarious and even offensive goodies to choose from. Though definitely more customers in store than their own posted capacity sign stated would be allowed. Other stores in the mall had employees act as door greeters and thus maintained their capacity limits. Spencer's did not. I'd say don't post it if you don't want to run the door. I'm not too worried about it, but no sense having to give someone wanting to create an issue the ammunition to do so.

Brought a friend in searching for a Christmas gift for her boyfriend. We found something and staff checked on sizes in the back and price. Staff were helpful and patient.

So basically what happened was I got hired here at this location very quickly. I enjoyed working there and they seemed nice. I Literally worked for about 3 weeks before I suddenly received a phone call stating that I was being fired. The managers made a pathetic excuse as to why they were firing me. One of the managers said that they didn’t think it was a good fit for me and that “They were holding me back and thought that I could do better elsewhere“. I am definitely going to be launching a wrongful termination dispute against this spencers and spencers Canada for wrongful termination. I would not recommend applying at this place because they may very well turf you within three weeks like they did for me. Also buyer beware, if you have a disability mental/and/or otherwise, or are on disability payments from the provincial government of BC, do not even think about applying here because they will factor that in and gradually taper off your hours until you’re just suddenly let go.

I had a great experience shopping at Spencer's Gifts. The staff was very friendly, particularly the lady who helped me to pick out some gifts for my girlfriend. They were knowledgeable about the store's merchandise and were able to provide some great gift ideas that my girlfriend loved. I was impressed with the wide selection of items available and the quality of what I purchased. Overall, it was a positive shopping experience and I would definitely recommend Spencer's to anyone looking for some cool gift ideas

Lovely place to work with amazing people who care and respect each other.

I've been working at spencer's for about 8 months now and as someone who moved out to Kelowna from Toronto for school, working at spencer's has genuinely been my home away from home and the environment the staff has created has been extremely comfortable and welcoming. As I am a student and have to deal with the stresses of a work-life balance as well as make time for my mental health, management is so understanding with my fluctuating hours and are more than happy to cater to my needs. One of the best jobs i've ever had!
