Went there with my whole family and it was awesome experience. Loved the whole hour and its worth the money! The people who run it are awesome and very helpful. They even take videos and photos for you if you want.I sat behind one of the instructors/owners who's with you all the time and it was awesome! He rode in such a professional way and it was very fun!Would highly recommend if you have to have an high octane experience with some awesome people!

Very little instruction given to near users. Nearly watched two accidents within 10 minutes of a new user getting their rental. No competency test done and no explanation of common courtesy of how to treat non-motorized users on the river.

Amazing experience and amazing staff!! As a first timer the staff made it really easy for us. They were super cool and knowledgeable. Definitely going back again this summer!!

This was the highlight of our trip to Ottawa and we highly recommend booking with Jet Ski Ottawa! As first timers, we had many questions about booking, best time slots for the best thrill, and what to expect on the day of. The Jet Ski Ottawa staff were knowledgeable and made sure that all our questions were answered and that the entire process was seamless. While we were a little worried about the heavy rain forecasted for our day, Robert and Chloe eased our concerns and made us feel safe. They were fantastic guides, helping us navigate the routes and even giving us a fantastic little tour of some cool spots along the Ottawa river. We were given the flexibility to drive at the speeds we were comfortable with and the hour didn't feel rushed at all. A BIG THANK YOU to Robert and Chloe for being so personable and accommodating!

Went there for my boyfriend’s birthday and we absolutely loved it, great people, very patient and professional! Booking was very simple and quick online. They also help me by filming us for my YouTube video, they took pictures and videos - no additional charge - so we wouldn’t have to bring our phone with us. As first timers we will definitely drive to Ottawa again and go!

Wow !!!! What an amazing experience ....we rented 2 on July 15, 2023, jet ski s were in awesome shape and were really fast and easy to operate....the people operating were super friendly and explained everything they led us out to the river...we rode all the way to parliament and back had an amazing day on the water so worth it !!!!!!!!

Went there on June 25 -2023, and all I can say is, it was an awesome experience ! The Jet ski are in perfect shape - The people who are running the business are so friendly, super cool and professional, they went through all the rules and instructions, they can also take pictures or videos for you if you want.Prices are super interesting and 1hr is more than enough.I highly recommend JET SKI Ottawa.Will definitely go back there !
