This is a review of the touch-less car wash only. I really wanted to love this because I only ever use touch-less car washes. I set my expectations a bit lower with it being automated but I am very disappointed. Visually it was a neat experience but that’s as far as the quality goes. I have a brand new 2022 Honda C-RV Black Edition. The paint is very high gloss and the car is only a month old and requires very little to bring back the shine.This car wash left a film on my vehicle and didn’t even wash off the fingerprints from the door or even basic mud splatter. My car looks dirtier now than it came in. Save your money and use the manual wash or go to the touch-less wash in Waterford. I paid for the premium $14 wash. Absolute garbage and now have to go spend more money to try and wash off whatever it is that has been sprayed on my car. I’ve washed my car weekly since purchase so there is no excuse for this.

Scammed again took my money but wouldn't open the door. Today at 12 noon may 2023. after sitting in line for 15 minutes. No phone number as before. Last time called number and a lady came from McDonald's and looked after me. Do not use them.

We used to use this wash for our dogs. The dog Wash was always kept pristine. Last night we went with a new dog we have, to our dismay, the place was disgusting. Algea growing on the floor along the entire east side, dog hair everywhere, and I mean everywhere...an absolute disgrace. The owner needs to step up and be responsible for the maintenance . I will never go back to spend money at that run down business.

Don't waste your money!! Every time I go through this carwash ( BECAUSE IT'S THE ONLY TOUCHLESS IN TOWN) my truck never seems to be clean underneath and in the wheel wells . so I call and complain about the poor quality of the wash. Today... I received rudeness and was told not to bother going there because they could care less about if the product they offer being of any actual quality. I was told no other people have complained and that I should go elsewhere. MY truck wasn't even dirty and still it did a poor job. Stay away from this place they don't obviously care for customers. take your deluxe wash elsewhere so you don't get scammed by this place for a low grade wash! At a premium price! WILL NOT BE BACK!! 0 stars. Also fix your hand sanitizer dispenser. In this day and age communal surfaces should be cleaned regularly and have sanitizer.

Use this car wash all the time. It's always clean. I've never had any issues with the payment system. Only issues is hard water but thats just about every car wash place out there.

Looks nice, horribly monitored. Would never recommend using the pet wash here. The water temperature is supposed to be at a “set temperature” which is a horrible idea if you ask me. The water would fluctuate from burning hot (hot for a human let alone a dog) to freezing cold. My dog that is normally perfect while having a bath was freaking out and nearly hung himself because there is no railings, and was whining and spazzing out like crazy because the water would change from when I checked it last. When I called them to ask why this was happening, the lady I was speaking to had 0 resolution for me and ended up hanging up on me rather then offering some sort of compensation for the literal torture my dog had just been though. Unless you intend to waste your money, don’t go here. If I could rate lower them 1 star I would
