Very unprofessional and careless bunch of people.They had me sit and wait there for 40 minutes before telling me that they do not do that test today that I was there for. Also they needed some extra form from the doctor for this test.When I asked them why didn't they tell me when I came in, they said it is okay, just come back. Did them there was no value for my time.

Extremely rude staff. Can’t even take a simple blood test properly. I took a blood test here and was about to faint and pass out after my test as I was fasting for more than 10 hours and they used a very thick needle even though I kindly asked them to use a thinner needle. They couldn’t do anything to help me and didn’t even have water or a sugary drink or candy that would help my condition.They gave me hot tap water from the washroom which made me feel even worse. My mom had to go to the pharmacy and buy a sports drink for me so it would bring up my blood sugar levels.I was feeling very lightheaded after my test and asked my mom to get my password for me so I could check my results online and they told her they can’t give her the password cause I’m a minor. Im twenty for gods sake. Just because someone is accompanied by their mother doesn’t mean they’re a minor!!! Terrible service and nonprofessional staff. Don’t come here.

Entrance is behind the building, so go to the back to avoid doing a loop around the whole place.Location is quite busy. Limited free parking.

Pathetic! We had an appointment and yet they made us wait for 45 min and allowed all walk ins to go before us. Why the hell do you even take appointments then. Doesn’t recommend this place. Reception is busy listening to music (radio) on their computers and not at their desk most of the time. Dynacare is much better. Avoid this place.

Had an awesome experience with nurse Judie, a pleasant and professional woman who knew exactly what she was doing. She welcomed me warmly, checked me in and had an extremely light hand when drawing blood from my arm. I did not even feel a pinch and had no bruises afterwards. It was done very professionally and will be looking forward to go here for future visits.

Not a great Lifelabs location. Even with appointment they make you wait for almost an hour. Saying there are ppl in front of you, which doesn’t make sense, because that’s why we made an appointment at the first place. Please go to another location or to Dynacare instead of Lifelabs. Rude staff, bad service.

I have been to this location twice now and both times the service was great. The staff are friendly and welcoming. Although I had appointments booked from before it took them a little longer than the scheduled time to see me.The location has plenty of free parking available.

Appointment is recommended. Staff is professional and provide you all necessary details. General wait time for walk-ins is 49 minutes.
