The finisher did very poor job. The edges are rough, space in counter joints, the whole counter moves. I texted the owner with pictures but I got no replies. 6 months later I went to their factory in Surrey, first the owner was very rude and he had no clue who installed the cabinets. Once remember the finisher’s name, owner promised to come and visit to my place to fix the problem but it’s been 6 months again, no responseVery bad service

Terrible experience!!!Project:1 small kitchen.Unprofessional,many mistakes,bad customer relation.Disrespecting clients time,always late. (I missed because of them one very important family and company function as they told me they would be finished but nothing and they continue to ruin my summer and plans.)Final delivery and installation FAULTY (found around 15mistakes) and LATE (Universal Kitchen said installation will be done in 1 day&that's clearly a fairy tale as it hasn't been done in a week as of now) and now left unfinished.Installation results different than what was ordered- their mistake on several levels, which they admitted immediately BUT instead immediately correcting,finding solution, they left us without kitchen for days,and no further communication when they will install our kitchen,and give us the final product ordered, so basically we are now without kitchen with 10boxes of our kitchen stuff sitting in the middle of our living room.Universal Kitchen are well aware we have children and also elderly people coming all the way from another continent to celebrate our daughter's birthday.We told them all that even before we contraxted them because time was VERY important to us.Well,we don't have the kitchen,living room looks like a blast and guests are here.We can't live without kitchen for so long and seems they could not care less.I have also health problems and special dietary needs and no kitchen.Kids too.Not to mention, all other contractors are now on hold because of Universal Kitchen!Really tired,exhausted and sad.
