I phoned Carys as uhaul dumped news on me i couldnt pick up or drop off qhere i needed to, as 1 person i needed another solution. Talked to Carys on a Monday, and they moved me Thursday. Amazing company and they even helped me find my lost cell phone so we could leave city. Above and beyond. Thank you, for getting me out of a very hard situation.

We needed someone to help my mom move last minute. They were a bit pricey but we figured for the short notice we'd give them a shot. Unfortunately they were supposed to send four movers and they only sent three. After the move they attempted to over charge for their services including gouge me for the drive time, which is supposed to be only one way. I managed to settle on an appropriate price and sent them on their way. Afterwards, I noticed that the fridge they moved for her is now broken and the door won't stay shut. I called to rectify the situation and the person who answered said it is too late and not their problem. He continued to say that I already signed off on the move, which I didn't, and that his workers diligently took photographs of the items prior to and after the move, which they didn't because I was with them the whole time. This company does not provide quality work and is not trustworthy. I feel like I was just a cash cow and was not provided with the appropriate amount of customer service and respect I deserve.

They charged twice as much as quoted, damaged furniture and walls during move and demanded full payment from elderly lady before leaving so that couldn't be disputed.Subsequent contacts met rude and uncaring management - never resolved.

Nothing but friendly workers, great guys to get stuff done-they got everything done on time. Carey's moving is a great company to hire .. 10/10 satisfaction with them. great job boys.

these guys are awesome. Professional attitude, clean work and no damage or losses. Have used them many times and they are great. Highly recommend them. On time and courteous service.

Don't care about the neighbour's in the area blocks off the street, has no common sense

I had a great experience with Cary's moving - I had only given them a few days notice, they managed to fit me in between jobs - very accommodating. 4 gent's showed up, carts and 2 wheel dolly's in hand, they had my trailer unloaded within an hour. The pricing was competitive when compared to other larger movers in the area. From my experience overall, I'd recommend them!

I've used Carey's on 3-4 occasions and have always been pleased with their work. They have been flexible and extremely fair with my large moves as well as when I had a small job for them. Would recommend for sure.

I had phoned last minute to see if I could get some help as I had booked a moving company for this Thursday and unfortunately due to some tenancy issues I was unable to move until Friday. I phoned and spoke with Curtis and he said that he could definitely help, it might be split up but due to it being only two days away that was all that he could do. He could've turned me away and said no but he was more than willing to help and I appreciate that so much. Just the customer service deserves 5 stars, great experience from the get go.
