I ordered a sandwich from here. Years ago this was my favourite place to go for sandwiches and coffee. The last coffee I had was so-so but the sandwich I just had was terrible. It was a “Pesto & Egg” sandwich. I rarely won’t eat a thing but this I couldn’t stomach. It was an egg with spinach and a VERY light spread of pesto between two pieces of greasy pieces of flat bread. It was a poor taste combination that lacked flavour and creativity. For $5.50 I expected a LOT more. To compare, I went to Italian market and got a croissant breakfast sandwich with egg, lots of ham, tomato, and proper seasoning for $6.50 from their deli.

Asked for a half sweet drink and got it double sweet. This is like an 8 day streak for bad drinks. Usually it's JUST lumpy soy milk, today the soymilk wasn't chunky which is exciting on its own, but the drink is definitely at least double sweet. I let the ice melt, poured out some and added soy milk and it's still sweet like cotton candy.

I'd heard bad reviews from friends about this location, and I chose to ignore that and see if I would get different results. The answer to that is NOPE! I did not. I received the same pitiful experience as my friends, so I will continue to share it by word of mouth and post a piece of my concern here.The customer service at this location and the lack of genuine care from the staff, is an absolute joke. A month of being deferred every week, to 'the next Thursday' when they will 'receive more product', but of course, no results. And then when asked if I can tack on a special order and prepay for the beans I was looking to buy for WEEKS!!... I did NOT get an offer to take my number or to write a note to the manager/owner/supervisor, whomever was in charge or placing orders. Instead, I got practically scoffed out of the store by the disrespectful and dismissive staff onsite.Whoever manages this team needs to have a conversation with them about customer service, their (lack thereof) professional attitudes, and address their blatant disregard for any effort to help a customer after having been patient for 1mo...I will absolutely NOT be returning to this location. Many others are run significantly better than this one and after the experience tonight... I can safely say I will go out of my way to another Second Cup who actually wants my recurring business.

The girls at this location are the nicest! It's hard to look at the reviews bad mouthing the staff when you don't know the other side of the story. I was ordering and asked how was their day and told me they just had a rude customer and they can't really do anything about the situation. I was at this location when a man literally grabbed A LOT of bag of beans, which is basically hoarding. And now the girl (who I just saw the review) is saying that she's been waiting for the beans every week and still has no luck getting them. First of all, of course they will sell it to the FIRST person who will BUY those beans. Second of all, why would expect them to reserve something FOR YOU, are you some kind of a shareholder in this store? Lol. Badmouthing the management and the most kind staff on the internet to show your frustration is such a p*ssy thing to do. Crying for bag beans for f sake. This place is great, staff are nice, coffee's perfect! Cheers

The supervisor/manager Myrielle, has awful management/customer service skills. On March 7th, they charged my daughter twice on her debit card and argued with her day of order that she had to wait for a few days for $20 refund to go back on her debit card(even though she never inserted it for a refund). I went back next day to try explain to them(being in customer service industry for 26 years)that she would have had to insert or tap for a refund and they said they knew better and it would go back on in a few days. I explained that was the case with credit but not debit. 2 weeks later, no refund yet so I went in again to talk to Myrielle. Didn’t even get a hello let alone an apology. Gave me the money and turned away. TERRIBLE customer service! I suggest the owners maybe talk to her about how important customer service is in a cafe industry!Will not be back!

The coffee is always good, flavors are nice and I’ve never had an issue with my order. Cafe is usually clean.Service is often slow, not enough staff or they are chatting amongst each other. One time I ordered ahead on the app and still had to wait 10 minutes in the store after.

I come here all the time they know my order when I pull up, best coffee in town and most importantly great service the owner really does a great job at training her staff to keep the service exceptional.

I ordered two hot drinks which were great. We also got muffins which were fine. Unfortunately, the chocolate croissant was completely uncooked. The bottom side was actually still sticky raw dough.
