This is my first bad review. This negative review is for the store and customer concierge. If I could give 0 stars, I wouldn't hesitate. I don't want to go into details. All in all, I spent a lot of time to confirm everything with the store and the customer concierge. Not only did they not handle it well, but they also had no attitude of being responsible for their mistakes. Without any solution, the customer concierge sent me an email saying my issue has been resolved. I can't understand this service attitude and way of doing things. It can only be said that they don't know how to be responsible and don't respect customers at all.

Long story short am never going back to that place ,i pick up a top to look and it before i knew it the girl there grab it out my hand saying she gonna leave it at the cash register mind you i didnt even get a goog glance at the item i just left this has happened to many times am done

Just purchased a few things this morning and felt compelled to leave a review. Each employee that I’ve interacted with was amazing, Meghan and this other lady, wearing a jean jumpsuit were helpful, kind and made my experience a pleasant one! Thank you!

My overall experience here sucked. I came in the store with my sister and was greeted by a blonde girl at the front. After a while, I was walking around looking at the price tags of things to see the price and size. The same person who greeted me and my sister came up to me and asked if I needed any help. I said no

I just wanted to appreciate Erica which is was a great employee and styling advisor who gave excellent care and service. I was there for an exchange and she was very kind and patient and made my shopping experience a great one.

This Aritzia probably has the best staff from my continuous experiences. Only downside is that they don’t have as much things I like from the website here

By far the worst customer service location for Aritzia. I've been to other locations around the city and they were far more friendly with a better attitude. They select certain customers to approach and offer assistance.I visited this location on Wednesday April 27 around 7pm. I was assisted by an Asian cashier at the front desk (unfortunately, did not get her name as she did not introduce herself or have a name tag). Firstly, I was not greeted, then throughout the whole conversation, she was not willing to try to assist me with my request and instead gave me poor customer service and mediocre attitude. The conversation ended with her asking her co-worker if it's possible for her to resolve it and the co-worker replied, it's up to you and she replied me with sorry she also said we can't do it

I am usually always shopping at that location and I had to go return pants that still had the tag on them and I had the receipt and the worker looks at them and says she need to talk to her manager and comes back like 30 minutes later and says I can’t return them because the tag is in the wrong spot and I told her that’s is how I got them and she wouldn’t let me return them bc she says the tag has been messed with and I told her that’s not my problem and will she is talking to her co worker looking at me giving me dirty looks probably because I’m a teenage girl going to return pants with my friend and I just think it’s ridiculous how she was judging me and questioning me when all I needed was to return pants and leave. Will not be shopping at that location again and hope she gets fired.

Went to the store on June 12. One of the Asians is very disrespectful and unhelpful, asked her to grab a smaller size for me and waited for like 10mins. Later when I asked her she told me the smaller sizes are out of stock. She could have told me so I don’t have to waste my time waiting for her. The most interesting thing is that I later found out they do have smaller sizes and A LOT were in stock. Haha funny.

This location used to be my favorite until a stylist was extremely rude to a friend and I when requesting for an item, she had then said I could try a different store. Although a new stylist had brought the pair that I was looking for.
