MATHEW HAN was very helpful, courteous, professional and respectful when he assisted me with the service I required. He even braved the cold weather and went outside to help me with the service I needed with my car. His dedication is very much appreciated. I will not only definitely continue to patronize Vision Electronics but also recommend it to all my relatives and friends.

Great customer service. Hands-down my favourite place to go for electronics. The employees help me find exactly what I’m looking for. And they have a cute cashier! 10 out of 10 would recommend this location.

Terrible Service. I also have had to repost this because Visions had agreed to replace the TV so I took down my review. But it has been 5 days since and I have heard anything. I have asked for confirmation and an ETA and no response. So, I am reposting this with even more disappointment and a true loss of trust.Original issue.I ordered an 83' tv from Visions and I was away when it arrived. My staff checked the box and it was perfect until we took the TV out and the screen was broken.The box looked perfect, except when we had a chance to look at the bottom. Being so large we never thought to flip it upside down when the box itself was in good shape. All of the strapping and tape was perfect as well. We also review our deliveries well. There are 2 punctures on the bottom that are very likely from forks of a forklift or a pallet jack. So we totally missed this as it was delivered in the upright position. We also helped unload the truck when it arrived. When we removed all of the packaging it looked ok but the foam was covering the damage. When we placed the stands on it and were about to place install it, we then noticed the damage of the broke screen at the very bottom of the TV. We both took extreme care. After we looked at bottom of the box and the foam, there is a soft and damaged area in the form exactly where the damage is and where the force of the fork, or pallet jack has placed pressure though the packing material. This also matches the hole in the bottom of the box. I was very sad, but I also know and relieved that it definitely was not us that damaged it. I then began my claim with Visions on Saturday Aug 28th but did not get a reply until Tuesday Aug 31.I sent pictures and the information about the damage. They claimed that I have missed the 48 hours to make the claim. Ironically it took them 72 hours to get back to me.

Your store manager, Chase, is the best!! This is our go to store now. I tell everyone that if they are going to purchase from Visions to go see him or any of the great employees at that store.

Chase and the Gang are simply Awesome!!! Over the years they have always helped me with any of my electronic and appliance needs. Never hesitate to stop down and see them. Highly Recommend… A++

The manager named ‘Will’ of Rochdale Branch Regina, SK is so rude, very inconsiderate and power tripping. Don’t waste your money buying anything from this branch. Or you will end up selling the unwanted products to marketplace (as the manager suggested to me) because you cannot return it once the box is open ed or even if the customer is unsatisfied with the product. We we’re told that we can assess the product by just looking at it and testing the product means it cannot be returned. Price seems low but beware of the return/exchange policy. First time to experience very poor Canadian Customer Service. Accusing customer of untrue and irrelevant comments. Hang up the phone on customer. Visions Head Office do something or you’ll lose customers. My my friends and family are warned to avoid your store.
