Absolutely amazing work. I brought down an older and very worn pair of brown boots that were falling apart, and they stitched them up like new. I was blown away at the high quality of the work, and also really happy to have the boots back in working condition. Excellent value for very solid craftsmanship.

Super kind. They provided me with information to properly clean the salt stains from my boots, completely unprompted. I also had a button of my leather jacket pop off and they gave me a needle and thread to fix not only the one that popped off, but the 2 other buttons on my jacket cause if one popped off the others wouldn't be far behind.

Best shoe repair ever. I have know them since 1996 when they were still on Monkland. I definitely take the extra step to go see them on Sherbrooke. They do an amazing job at repairing any of your leather goods. They will tell you how they do the job, if it is even worth repairing and spending extra money on it and they do an AMAZING job at it.I bought in a high neck boot that was a bit tight at the top, they added an elastic band to it and it was a great fit and i was able to close the zipper all the way up.This is a trade is unfortunately a rarity. Always great to see their smiles and listen to their lovely stories.

I took my winter boots that had almost no sole left and were quite damaged. The results were astonishingly good. New soles and the materials were polished to the point they now look like brand new. I fully recommend it.
