I have been a patient here for many years. I have nothing but amazing things about how efficient the service is. I can always get an appointment when I need one. Either with my doctor or a Nurse Practitioner. And they are generally running on time for appointments and very professional. No complaints. I am grateful to have access to excellent health care.

I've been a patient here for over a year now and I definitely would recommend this family health clinic to friends and family! The nurses, nurse practitioner and Dr. Stefan de la Plante have given my husband and I the most friendliest, professional, knowledgeable and outstanding healthcare. I have always felt respected and comfortable in this office. The office hours are very flexible and they provide certain services over the phone which is very convenient. The only two complaints I have with this office is their parking situation (I always end up paying close to $10 in parking fees) and their front desk admin staff can have a bit less than approachable/friendly manner at times.

The worst phone lines I’ve ever experienced… it’s impossible to get through to book an appointment. Even when I had my ultrasound and the ultrasound tech went through the physicians line she said she was on hold forever there too….

The doctors at this clinic are fantastic, the reception and operations of this clinic leave a lot to be desired

called doctors office today and after 6 minutes wait time, their phone was ringing and not answered and looped back, took another 5 minutes for an answer. I had requested a prescription to be faxed to a new pharmacy that i had switched to, front office clerk who answered the call confirmed the address of my new pharmacy but still went ahead and sent to the old pharmacy. My old pharmacy, luckily called me to inform that they had received the fax. Then I had to call the new pharmacy, to have them call my old pharmacy and have them fax over the prescription. This is not acceptable and ridiculous.

I have been a patient in this clinic for over 12 years and every year, they are getting worse. I don't drive so, my husband takes a day off work whenever we (me, him or either of our two daughters) have an appointment. Yesterday I called for an emergency appointment and was glad that they're able to book me in today to be seen at 10:30am. I came in and the said appointment was nowhere to be found. So that's another day wasted for us. This has happened way too many times and yet when you're running late on your appointment they then refuse to see you, charge no show fee" for their time and yet they don't have any regards for their patient's wasted time. I don't complain much but when you have to rebooked three four different times for the same appointment just because of human error I do start to get upset. DO BETTER!!!"

Dr. Auger sees our whole family and we have been blown away by her patience, skill and warm demeanour. We're a same sex Anglo couple and even though we've moved far away now we commute back to see her because she's so good. She's almost always on exact time, asks great questions, has a lovely bedside manner and to be honest the students and other doctors at this clinic have all been the same including her cover. To think they also have admitting privileges at the nearby hospital is just icing on the cake. 10/10

The staff is a tad cold. The place is very large but the examination rooms are remarkably tiny. It takes about a wk or 2 to get an appointment, but the Dr is wonderful.

I had an appointment, yet I waited an entire hour before a resident saw me on behalf of my physician who had asked me to book this follow-up" with them in the first place. Utter lack of respect for patient's time."

Drs that care about getting paid rather then helping sick kids! Awful medical staff that pushes their own clients away after making them drive over an hour in traffic to get the sick kids to their appointments. The only good one there is Dr. Phillipowsky but since he’s on vacation we get the one that had the CHOICE to see them but refused even though they had appointments and we were the only ones in the clinic. Nice politics but because the staff booked us without even confirming our address and since recently moved to QC, we were refused because of their error.
