Next Door Locksmith

Got locked out of my house. Locksmith quoted 1 hr wait time. 2.5 hours later he showed up. Clearly he took 3 other jobs and knew all along he would not be 1 hour. He lied and claimed it was traffic. I can check traffic from the maps app. Dishonest. Lying.I could've had another locksmith at my home within an hour and had a decent evening if it weren't for this guy - who I won't name so that this company hurts for working with such an ass.

I came back from vacation this weekend and we didn't have our keys on us, we might have left it at the resort, but regardless, it was cold, dark and we had no access to get inside of our house. We decided to call Next Door Locksmith as it was pretty late and we saw on Google that they are 24/7. None of our family or friends have duplicate keys to our house so a locksmith was really our only option.Long story short, these guys came within 20 minutes. The guy even called us to let us know how long he would be so we didn't have to freeze outside for too long. He then opened our door in less than 10 minutes and we were inside, with a fresh set of keys in all together 35 minutes. Very professional and it wasn't as expensive as I would have imagined. I would definitely offer this advise to anyone who needs a locksmith in the late hours of the night: Call Next Door Locksmith. They won't waste your time, waste your money and the guy was very nice. Calgary's best locksmith!

I would not recommend the services of Next Door Locksmith.When I called in, I was quoted at $160, and arrival in 30 minutes. Next Door Locksmith subcontracted the services out to another company. The subcontractor arrived after an hour (I don't actually have any complaints against this company/individual). He then informed me that there was an additional $29 service fee on the call.In their first paragraph, their website talks about honest pricing (no hidden fees) and a 30 minute response guarantee (Pending good traffic - that wasn't an issue at the time). Neither were met.

Alexander was very good service. He friendly and gentle to clients. Thanks again for nice work.Also they worked late too. I have copied key but no work lock myself outside at night;( he come and help. God bless you guy

Arrived within 1 hour of calling them. Had everything finished within half an hour. Can't thank Alex enough for his promptness and professionalism. Highly recommend them!

Lost our aparntment keys at a concert and didn't realize until we were home. It took the locksmith about a half hour to get to us which was great. Super friendly when he got here and he got us in, he was also absolutely amazing with our big dog who was sitting at the door super scared.Really appreciate all the help! Thank you for not being scared of our dog!

I was locked out of my house last Saturday night. I called this company and said i needed help getting back in. The customer service on the phone was great, the technician was even better. He was at my place is under 30 minutes, got me back in within minutes, and for a weekend night it was very reasonably priced. I would highly recommend this company

I am a small business owner and we had a door lock fail at 7:00 pm on Friday. Not having used a locksmith for years I searched and found Next Door Locksmith., Alex was dispatch and arrived just as promised approximately 20 minutes. He quickly diagnose the problem and made the necessary repair even had the correct replacement part in his service vehicle.Charged me a fair price and accepted a credit card for the payment. I did ask to see his locksmiths license which he had no issue in showing me, he even let me know about the warranty. I would happily use their services again, and would not hesitate recommending them.
