We ordered new blinds, both Custom Clutch Roller Shades and Skyline Gliding Panels, for our offices and showroom. Alicia was very knowledgeable and helpful in choosing the weave and colour. The installation was professional and quick. We are very happy with the look of these window coverings.

Alicia is the best......so professional and full of good ideas when you are not sure what would work for your particular needs. With her help, I chose three windows of what i call light touch one finger to raise or lower style blinds. For my three patio windows, i chose electrically raised window coverings that can be easily adjusted and will also allow light in while maintaining privacy.if it has been a while since you changed window coverings, you really should contact DecoChic and visit. Alicia and her team use a personal and customized approach to window covering services. I recently bought a new house with no window covering. As I wanted to support local business, I looked around for options. I discovered Decorchic searching online and have been very happy with the service. I initially started the process early February. Since we were still in a lockdown situation, Alicia was flexible in providing a lot of information over the phone and e-mail. We even did a video call to make a tour of the house. When I was ready to make a decision and it was possible to do so, Alicia came to my home to take the final measurement. We did some updates on the blind selection and I place the order. The pricing was competitive. The blinds were installed within the specified timeframe and in a professional manner. Two blinds were fairly different than what I imagined and Alicia went above my expectations to find a solution. I would highly recommend her services. Great experience!
