CSN Dawson Creek

Brought my 2020 nissan kicks here and it was their first time working on one and it looks just as good as it was before the incident as well they went the extra mile to even fix some rock chips I had on my vehicle the ladies at the front desk are very friendly and very helpful to ensure that you are well taken care of would highly recommend that if you need any auto repairing done to get it done here.

They made it easy, dropped off my truck, got into my loaner and when the truck was ready, we just dropped off the loaner and hopped into our truck. No issues at all. Would definitely recommend! Also they use Enterprise as their loaner agency and their customer service was excellent! It all went great, I have absolutely no complaints, I'm a happy camper.

I couldn't shut the door to my SUV because the locking mechanism had tripped after hitting my hip. After futile attempts using paper clips and hooks on a wire and a rag to try to disengage the C-Clip to get access to the locking mechanism, I finally gave up and drove the 120 km to Dawson Creek. The first gentleman had the proper tool to disengage the C-Clip, but it wouldn't come off. Finally, I went to see Randy Flinn the location manager of CSN, and he too had many problems removing the C-Clip. Later on, I learned, after being in for 40 years in this business, Randy took this on as a personal challenge. When the handle finally disengaged, the problem was that there was no C-Clip and the handle had rusted in. Each challenge was met by another challenge until finally the entire door/window assembly was strewn all over the pavement. The bottom-line was that Randy handled this methodically, with perseverance, and in relatively good humor, until almost 2 hours later the SUV was exactly the way it was supposed to be. This one-minute quick trick to remove the C-Clip turned out, for me, to become a 2-hour ordeal. When I told Randy that I don't carry too much cash, he said to forget it and pay it forward, which flabbergasted me. In the end, I went to my Branch bank, withdrew some cash, and started to pay it forward - with Randy being the first one.

Great customer service, super fast and efficient, also vehicle came back cleaner then I brought it to them !! Thank you high recommended!!

The girls at the front counter were amazing. And Randy was amazing as well. Always friendly and let me know when I asked what was going on. Parts took a long time but that’s just how it is right now. I would definitely go there instead of my own town anytime. Having a courtesy car was a must and they provided it. I will definitely recommend them to anyone.

I had a terrible experience with CSN Collision in Dawson Creek. The length of time to fix my car was triple the quoted time even after they told me they had the parts in already. They did NOT do the repairs under my car that were the safety issue (bent tracker bar- email supplied with pictures before appointment) I was in a courtesy car that had problems and they felt it was fine. When I got my car back, I still needed to make an appointment to have the light calibrated, the 3M wrap applied and I would have to go back to get my tire when they could locate a rim for me- that took about 5 months. When attempting to pick up my car, he wasn't at the shop at stated time (He had a note on the door that he would be back in 10 minutes), I waited almost an hour and drove to the dealer to pick up my own car. I had to call back and almost fight to have them fix the important issue, they again took more than triple the quoted time to fix and I fought to get my car back (as they left me with a car with very slippery tires in the winter- he told me they didn't get the winter tires on and to let him know if I had any issues, I did and told him twice with no results) When I finally got my car back, they left me in a very unsafe situation- they did NOT do a wheel alignment after changing out the bent tracker bar. I am now getting the alignment done after letting them know that ICBC knows and want me to let them know if they deal with their unfinished work. Terrible service!!
