My wife and I are so very happy and proud of our new home purchased from and built by Diamond Homes. I’m a pretty fussy purchaser to say the least lol but John and Cathy Davis exceeded our expectations considerably. The build quality is truly over the top. Cathy and John were never too busy to talk or answer our questions. They’re not only very professional and extremely good at what they do they’re genuinely nice, decent folks. Cathy even text pictures of our build in progress…. I mean really, what builder does that?! Their team of tradesmen, the designer who helped us with colours etc and the site Forman we’re all very knowledgeable and helpful. Thank you everyone for making our purchase and build experience very positive. On Time and during COVID!

We purchased our diamond home in the summer of 2017 and closed winter 2018. A year later, we are still in awe at the ultimate perfection of our home! We are in the business of remodelling and renovating homes, and the quality finishes and workmanship in our diamond home even exceed our fussy standards! From the beginning of the process where we met John Davis (the builder) in person to discuss our customized vision, to the micromanaging of every detail during the building process itself by both John and his wife Cathy, to the outstanding post closing customer service, we could not be happier with our home building experience! Highly highly highly recommend diamond homes!!

Diamond Homes was amazing to work with throughout the entire process of our build. From digging the foundation, to framing, drywalling, etc John & Cathy answered all of our questions professionally and quickly. We couldn't be happier with the building process or the quality of our new home! When we build our next home, John will absolutely be our first call.

Our new home was a project that I had been planning for over two years and John and Cathy executed my vision wonderfully and made this custom project a reality. John and Cathy are true professionals and put us at ease throughout our entire home build process. John pays close attention to detail and even 1-up'ed me on a few custom requests I had which actually improved upon them. I have not met builders who I felt listened to what I wanted and took as much pride in delivering them on time and on budget as John and Cathy do. As a general contractor myself in the GTA not knowing anyone in the Quinte area, I was very happy to see that John and and his crew take as much care and pride in their craftsmanship as I do.
