I've rented storage at this location twice now. Friendly, convenient access hours, and more. Would recommend, and will use again if the need arises

I used Best Storage for my business storage needs and had a fantastic experience. The site manager was SUPER helpful from the first phone call to the day I returned the keys. The facility is clean and easily accessible. I would totally recommend to anyone that needs storage.

Awesome Experience!!We had needed a storage unit last minute and they were there to help every step of the way. Were able to work with us over the year in so many ways. Just to name a few, we ran behind on 2 of our payments with in the year and they were more than helpful to work with us to ensure that we would keep our unit. They were also easy to deal with if we need to down size our unit. Very easy use secured access to the premises during non business hours.Payments can be made email transfer, online debit visa or credit card or in person. Which helped over the winter months to make payments on time.They made our transition from storage unit to our new home seamless!Thank you to Michelle who was helpful, caring and respectful of our needs!I would recommend Best Storage 100%

Simply the Best Storage Facility with top service. Michelle is always there to help you with a smile. Clean & decently priced storage units. Would definitely recommend them. I have a rental unit since March this year.

Best storage, is a very nice, clean and safe drive-up storage facility. The staff has been quite friendly and accommodating thus far.The only reason I cannot give them a 5star review, is due to the fact that, they do not provide an option for 24hour access. If they were to implement that somehow, they would definitely merit a 5star review. Either way, i do recommend.

I have been a customer for over 2 years. Highly Recommend, it is a great location for contractors. Units are clean, we have easy access and gate is secure.Michelle, the Onsite Manager is great to deal with, always nice to deal with the same person and she knows the business well.

My girlfriend and I needed a storage unit to store extra furniture we had that we currently didn't have room for. We noticed when we pulled up to Campbell St Mini Storage that the OPEN sign was off, we thought we were too late to get a unit. But as we were reading the hours sign, the nice lady came to the door and let us in. Even though they were closed she still let us sign for a unit. She was very helpful and fast finding us the perfect sized unit and even showed us the model unit inside the office. We knew it was the perfect size as soon as we saw it. She was very helpful and we're very grateful for her friendly manner and helpfulness given even when it was closing time. She even made sure we knew how to use the lock and had no problems with opening/closing the door and locking up, before we left. I would definitely recommend this storage location, its convenient, great price and the service is outstanding!Thank you for this incredible experience,Daniel Larocque

I absolutely LOVE the way this business is run. You will not be disappointed. I had a really bad experience with my moving company trying to rip me off and make me pay double During the unloading process. She stepped in a helped me out and stay there with me as a second voice/witness it seem to help me on my end. I would 100% use them again and recommend all to do the same. When I no longer needed their services it wasn’t a hassle at all I was on my way with well wishes . I loved everything about this business and the way it’s run. You can’t beat great service, great prices, clean units.

I would absolutely get storage here again. Easy process. Reasonable prices. Michelle is great at her job and very helpful. Place is very clean. I would recommend this place to anyone. I feel confident that my belongings are secure. Thank you
