We have used Parkbay's services on many occasions at this point now, they have helped us with many things from A/C repairs and maintenance to cooler / freezer repairs and even fixing our slicers and ice machine! In all things everyone on this team has always provided timely, efficient and expert levels of service. For any problems we've experienced, Parkbay has been able to help! I cannot recommend this company and team enough!

Rod was the main technician on the replacement of our old A/C unit. He was personable, professional and a pleasure to have in our home. Ian is always our initial contact and Andy was the one who completed the installation. They are a knowledgeable, competent team who we would highly recommend to anyone needing the services they offer.

I have used Parkbay Refrigeration on 2 occasions. Both times their staff arrived on time and fixed my heat pump. Andrew took the time to explain what went wrong so we could avoid it in the future. I have already recommended their services to family and will continue to do so! Thanks guys!

We had Parkbay Refrigeration out to repair our heat pump that was blowing , but not cold. The problem was quickly found and address and we were back up and running with full force and cold air in a short time. Really thankfull for the quick service time. Thank you

I phoned Ian asking if he could look at noises my heat pump was making on startup. He told me that in winter we should not even use a heat pump, because the offset of electricity over gas was expensive. When I turned it off, I got a hotter heat from the gas than I had never realized with the heat pump. Now the furnace runs shorter and warmer, and the noise is not a problem in the warmer months, so bye bye repair bills. He said I should see a reduced cost for heating as well, when you factor in your hydro and gas. Thanks , Ian, for the advice, and all at no cost to me. I wish the furnace installer would have brought that point out

We have had issues with our Commercial Dishwasher within our Cidery. Everyone will sell you a new unit, but no one will service one.Andrew and his colleagues delivered the goods each and every time.Parkbay has made every effort to adapt to our hours of operation or emergency situations and has never let us down.They are the definition of a fiduciary in that they work in our interest and no one else.They troubleshoot very efficiently and make suggestions as to repair or replacement of components.Our process reliability has exceeded industry norms since Parkbay has entered our circle.Our highest recommendation to Andrew and Ian and their crew.Honest, on time, professional and competent.
