Body Energy Club: Vancouver @ East 3rd & Ontario

Don't bother going here in the mornings if you are in a rush because even if you are the only person waiting for a drink it will still take 15 minutes to make a smoothie. All other locations I've been to much faster and more efficient

Walking in I was greeted by Stuart. He was very welcoming and polite. Stuart went above and beyond assisting me with all my nutritional needs. I can tell this guy is very passionate about nutrition and health, he gave advice on what supplements I should use, when to use them and illustrate comparisons of different brands. Stuart was very patient with me with all the questions I had for him. If you’re new to supplements I truly recommend going here and asking for Stuart!

I always confuse the hours with their other location on Robson. This particular location offers a decent variety, although not as good as some of the other locations. Has anyone else noticed the inconsistency of their smoothies? On certain days, they are great, but on others, they are watered down. I always order the signature Almond smoothie ($8.99), which should be thick and absolutely delicious, but on some days, it doesn't live up to the same standard. How can the inconsistency be so pronounced? Has anyone else had a similar experience?

I've been shopping at Body Energy Club for several years now and I'm always impressed with the quality of their products and their customer service especially Manager Bommana. The staff are incredibly knowledgeable about their products and have helped me find the right supplements and vitamins to support my health and fitness goals. I also love their smoothies - they're delicious and made with fresh ingredients.While prices can be on the higher side

I am happy to share my review about Body Energy Club. I had the pleasure of visiting their East 3rd Avenue location and was thoroughly impressed by the level of professionalism, great care on customer service, and happy attitude by this one staff member.I walked in to purchase a smoothie and from the moment I walked in, the staff greeted me with a warm welcome and made me feel right at home. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the products as he took the time to provide me with his personal experience provided me his honest opinion.One thing that really stood out to me was the level of care he put into his customer service. Not only was he attentive to carefully put together the orders, but he also went above and beyond to make sure each customer had a positive experience.What impressed me even more was how this worker remained calm and collected even when an irate Door Dash delivery person was thinking that he had the right to bypass all the other customers to get his order. It was clear that there was a system in place to handle busy periods to ensure everyone was served quickly and efficiently. Despite the busy atmosphere, he still managed to maintain a happy attitude and excellent customer service.Overall, I highly recommend Body Energy Club to anyone looking for high-quality health food products and exceptional customer service. Their professionalism, care, and happy attitude are truly remarkable, and I look forward to returning to their store in the future.

Is there a way to give a ZERO STAR review. This place is NOTORIOUS for being slow and careless with Uber orders. I waited 20min after it was “ready for pick up”. If you are looking for excellent service - STAY FAR AWAY! They mess up the orders and are completely on apologetic about it. Further, they insist that the orders right. This is particularly concerning when you have a serious allergy. Body Energy Mount Pleasant… STEP UP YOUR GAME!

Smoothies are so delicious! Their ingredients are very high quality and unique and the recipes they’ve come up with are awesome and creative. Once ordered it does seem to take some time to receive your smoothie but it’s because they have so many online orders to fulfill so it’s understandable! My only qualm is that most of the staff are just a little too cool for school upon being greeted, but I get it, BEC is pretty cool.

Hi, I don’t usually leave a review but i have to this time. It was one heck of bad experience. I do not recommend this place for ordering PB cup smoothie here. It tastes like watery slushy and i felt like it was missing some ingredients in the smoothie like dates and so on. It’s not my first time trying the PB cup smoothie. So, i know what it tastes like. It’s not the same as PB cup smoothie on Robson location. This location is missing some ingredients in the smoothie for sure like dates. IDK what other ingredients but they put more ice for sure. So, i guess that’s why PB cup smoothie tastes like watery slush. Also, i didn’t get my order on time. Somehow, my order got pushed to the back and received it last. When i was in line, the person behind me ordered the smoothie bowl and other stuffs. They got their order first than me. How is that possible? Was it difficult to make a smoothie than smoothie bowl? Or were you guys really missing some ingredients and trying to substitute for others and last resort was ice? Is that why my order was late? Thanks. Robson location will be my go to your location from now. If you want to try the PB cup smoothie, I recommend Robson location. They get your order on time without messing your order up and the PB cup smoothie tastes better than this location. They actually put the ingredients what it should be there.
