Wish I could rate this place zero stars as a UPS pickup drop off location. Completely unprofessional and not prepared for pre-authorized returns as stated in other reviews. Avoid this location at all costs, worker was completely unprofessional. They should have their UPS access point status revoked, unless this awful customer experience is what UPS is going for
