Excellent service de physiothérapie mais ils préconisent encore la bêtise Faucienne -démasquée de sa supercherie abusive pourtant- qui consiste à obliger la clientèle à porter le masque, preuve additionnelle de la pleutrerie de l ignorant peuple archi conformiste et obéissant (à tous les diktats religieux ) que seront toujours les pauvres Québécois.

For starters, the scheduled visit was set a month and a half from when I made the initial request. By then, I took some alternative measures and the pain was almost gone once I visited the doctor. Once there, the doctor was kind of surprised I took an appointment if I had no pain... a bit condesendent and made me feel as if I was wasting the time. At the end, the visit was a bit useless and no info was given to me other than visiting a physio more often. Aren't doctors supposed to guide you to prevent injuries? At least suggest some kind of support?

Great massage therapist, incredibly rude administrative staff. Too bad, it really ruins the experience.

I went to this place over a year ago, I had a terrible lower back pain. The staff was incredible rude at the reception they looked angry like a bull. The chiropractor was very nice very polite, she seemed like a very nice person but recommended that I run in the treadmill to cure my lower back pain (terrible advise) my pain only got worse, I'm finally getting better by following other advice. I would recommend avoiding this place and going another clinic for the previous reasons.

La réceptionniste qui est là les mardi est super arrogante. Elle a toujours un air bête, et à chaque fois j'ai des mauvaises expériences avec elle. Elle a une attitude constamment désagréable et est très peu serviable.De plus, elle à mal fixé mes rendez-vous à plusieurs reprises sur une période d'un an. Cela m'a causé beaucoup d'inconvénients et a entraîné que je doive réorganiser mse heures d'emploi à la dernière minute.Je comprends que tout le monde ait des jours difficiles, mais cela est devenu un problème récurrent chez elle. Je crois qu'il est important que votre équipe fournisse un excellent service client et professionnalisme en tout temps, surtout dans un rôle tel que celui de la réceptionniste.ENGLISH:The receptionist who works on Tuesdays is super arrogant. She always has a bad attitude, and every time I have had bad experiences with her. She has a consistently unpleasant attitude and is very unhelpful.Additionally, she has wrongly set my appointments several times over the course of a year. This has caused me a great deal of inconvenience and has resulted in me having to rearrange my work schedule at the last minute.I understand that everyone has bad days, but this has become a recurring issue with her. I believe that it is important for your team to provide excellent customer service and professionalism at all times, especially in a role such as receptionist.

Awesome staff, I went there for three different injuries along the years, and I was always treated correctly. If I could give more stars to the professional Melanis Paradis, I would.Once the issues were found, she taught me the exercises and followed up as necessary, so I found this clinic to be very honest towards my recovery (instead of being greedy like other clinics that told me to return three times a week for months without a real solution).

Les professionnels sont excellents. L’équipe de secrétariat pourrait recevoir de meilleures formations en service à la clientèle. Bête. Non serviable et nonchalant.
