Get Air Trampoline Park

I decided to put my kids in the summer camp at the abbotsford location.I had a lot of questions and concerns initially but I worked with the Manager Sheri and she was EXCELLENT!!!She interacted amazing with my kids and helped me navigate everything.Whenever I go in and she’s working she greets my kids by name and is so quick and cheerful. I really appreciate all she’s done for us!

The manager/some random person yelled at us and she kicked all of my family out because we “weren’t following the rules.” She was screaming in our face to watch the video, when nobody else did, she said we were breaking rules when she obviously saw other kids doing the same things. Don’t come here you’ll waste your time, I don’t know if she was the manager or not but she acted totally out of line. The price is high and there are only nine obstacles to do there so in one hour you’ll get bored easily.

Nice place but have attended twice and still not jumped at this location. First time they would not allow our 2 kids to jump with their cousins who is a different age even though we as parents were going to be jumping too! We went to extreme air in langley instead since this rule does not exist. Second time the line up was out the door with 1 cashier. After waiting 10 minutes and not moving while we stood in the rain we decided castle fun park was worth the drive. Staff is desperately needed to make this place work!!

We attended on the evening of Nov 28, 2018.Be prepared for a lot of strictly enforced rules.Children below a certain height can only be in a toddler zone, no one over the high can join the toddler.Additionally there are two huge ball pits with a only one person allowed" rule. These limitations really reduced our enjoyment.Rules are enforced by staff in ref shirts and whistles pacing around watching everyone.Also the front desk employee was unfriendly. We didn't feel welcomed or confident that we our time and money is appreciated or wanted.I suggest you find a coupon to reduce the cost of entry as it was a bit too costly ($13 dollars/hour plus $3 dollars for socks to keep).We unfortunately won't be returning."

Employees are rude. Different rules every time I'm here.not a lot of space for toddlers to jump and it's confusing for the kids. It's expensive. Should offer more options for parents with toddlers. The bathroom and party areas are hard to manage with kids.

Not very well laid out for when it's busy in there. You try telling a 2 year old he can jump on this tramp but the section 4 feet away in the middle of the room is for bigger kids. Not that I was just looking to drop my kids off and walk away but I pretty much had to spend the entire time keeping them in their designated section. Parents of young kids should be free if you require me to hawk eye them the entire time. Some easy sectioning off or laying out better would be a great improvement.

Place was allot of fun an hour is more than long enough to enjoy a jumping experience. A few things did get to me though. The long waiver and the pressure to not assume any responsibility for any individual getting injured. Almost seemed as if even if an accident happened they would not do anything to even help. Trampolines were fairly repetitive and the small kids area lacked imagination.

I like this place a lot for birthday parties you just can drop off a couple of kids, don’t even need to book a room. I’ve never had a problem here I think it’s a great facility and it’s close to my home!!

Horrible experience. Employees keep blowing their whistles EVERY 20 seconds! Too many rules. They have the worst employees with no respect for the customer. I went there today with a group of friends and had the worst time. An employee gave my friend 3 strikes and kicked him out. It was stupid. Then she talked to us for apparently 'talking about her behind her back', and she said that we can leave if we want. Had a bad time there. Never going back again! :(

The old woman at the front tonight made this a miserable experience for my kids and me. She was over militant about the height rule, my son who is less than one inch under the 46 required to access all areas
