Saw Frank today, wanna see the Mercedes GTR, Frank just keep telling me the payment and how much I need to paid a month, and what’s going on with his GT63 at Mercedes. when I ask wanna see the car, he said you can’t accept the price then you don’t need to see the car. The owner may have to consider retraining him to improve their customer service experience.

My long search for my all time dream car came to a quick end when I came across Auto One Group's listing for a beautiful 2009 Corvette. l met up with Sam and Dar who were both very pleasant to talk to and have a few laughs with. They made my purchase a very smooth and comfortable experience. We will definitely be back and certainly refer anyone looking for a luxury vehicle to give Auto One Group a call. Hello everyone. These guys are really awesome. Bought BMW 330i m sport from them and their prices are so reasonable. Umair was the one who helped me get my dream car. He a cool guy and the whole process was so quick and I got car the same day that I was told. He was so honest and told me what I need and what I don’t. I was referred to this dealership, specifically to Sam, and I wasn't disappointed, especially given that I'm an out-of-town buyer. Sam went out of his way to figure out exactly what kind of car I was looking for (even things I didn't realize I would have wanted), and he found me everything I wanted in a luxury car. I'm pretty meticulous in my choices, and I bought this car (extremely satisfied) without even test driving it (I know). Not only did he get down to specifics, but he made sure every detail was ready for when it was delivered.. RIGHT TO MY DRIVEWAY! Amazing services. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a personalized experience!

Amazing collection and prices. My first time buying a car from this dealership and loving the car. Only regret is getting treated by salesman JEFF. I read some good reviews about him here, but it definitely doesn't reflect how he treats in person. Horrible customer service experience from him. Despite being very nice to him, I dont know why he had to treat his customer that way. The owner may have to consider retraining him to improve their customer service experience. I will definitely recommend this dealership for quality cars but to get a better service just avoid JEFF.

Purchased a 2018 Audi S4 from Auto One. Beautiful car! Pristine condition! Very nice selection of vehicles worth checking out. Worked with Jeff as the salesperson. Very genuine guy. Was upfront with everything. Walked me through all features of the vehicle. Was very comfortable about my purchase. If you are interested in a vehicle, I strongly encourage you to speak with Jeff. Two weeks ago, my husband and I started to look for a specific car. We came across Auto One through Auto Trader and it has the car that we like. Booked an appointment with Sam originally, but ended up with Jeff. The place is very clean and has lots of really nice cars. So, he showed us the car and we liked what we saw, however when Jeff tried to turn it on it wouldn’t start. He even charged the battery, but to no avail. We even joked around that it does really live up to its reputation for being unreliable. We drove up there from Oakville to see a car that didn’t start, waste of time but we were cool about it. We told Jeff that when he replaced the battery to give us a shout.Still hadn’t heard back a week later, so I messaged Sam but Jeff was the one who replied. Booked another appointment to see the car again and this time it started right away and sounded great. We were told we couldn’t test drive it until we make an offer to buy the car, so we left to think it over. About a week later we went back to make an offer with Jeff that we thought was fair despite of our first experience with the car. He said that the owner only allows a set amount as discount and was very firm about that – he didn’t want to negotiate or meet half way. In fact he was pretty quick to tell us to go home and think about it. He then left and went to speak to another customer. This experience is the reason why I’m giving this dealership only one star.

Recently purchased my first luxury vehicle from Auto One. We appreciated Sam going above and beyond to ensure we were completely satisfied with our new vehicle.
