We heard some kind of animal sound in the duct above a range hood in our kitchen. It didn't sound like a rodent but rather a bird. We didn't really know where to call to save it without poisoning. Good that AAA Wildlife control was listed on the web and the receptionist answered right away on a Saturday afternoon. Although the tech could only come after an hour and a half due to his busy schedule but he did manage to come over ASAP to help freed a Starling from the duct before it's too exhausted and dies in there. They were all very responsive, courteous and professional dealing with the situation. Most of all their work is to save lives as they strive for humane removal" which I appreciate the most. I was very impressed with their service. I had a raccoon and baby in a very tight spot and they were able to get the mother out and reunite the baby with its mother. Unlike other companies I dealt with who assessed the situation and then I had to make a 2nd appointment for them to come back and do the work, AAA Wildlife did it all in one visit.

Hi everyone,Three weeks ago I had a big leak inside the garage ceiling, after turning the water main off, and removing the ceiling drywall, I found a pipe full of hole, a rat had managed to get into our garage ceiling from outside according to the plumber who came to fix our problem.Every year we had to deal with some mice inside the garage, so I was used to setting up mouse traps. So I tried for about a week to set up rat traps in order to catch the culprit and end the problem.Unfortunately, the trap I set up were not doing the job. I talk to my next door neighbor about it who went through the similar experience a year ago, and I ask his personal opinion. He replied that he dealt with about five different companies large and small, and the only one who acted professionally and got real result was Mr Randy from AAA Wildlife Control. After getting his number, I called Mr Randy, and he showed up very quickly the same day in between customers to look at our rat problem. Mr Randy gave us different choices and levels of protection as how to deal with this issue, so without any pressure we decided to go for the full package, setting up traps, and restricting access to wild life through different openings on the roof top with wire mesh. Mr Randy came several times over to set up traps, and checking each traps, and upgrading our fenced roof holes, throughout the week.Today he finally caught a huge roof rat that was creating havoc in our ceiling above our bedroom. The rat already damaged our water system, and would have probably chewed on our electrical lines creating a very dangerous situation and maybe start a fire.I am definitely very impressed by Mr Randy's work, he was very patient in explaining all the good and bad of all the different technical equipments at our disposition, Mr Randy has a lifelong experience dealing with wildlife, and I would like to recommend to everyone faced with similar problems to contact him for a great service.Best Regards,Philippe

I had a pregnant squirrel choose to raise her babies in my attic. AAA wildlife dealt with the problem totally without any harm to the wildlife. I highly recommend this company. They went above and beyond my expectations.

My neighbour's and I were hearing a lot of squirrel activity on our adjoining roofs so I called AAA Wildlife Control and was impressed from the initial conversation all the way through to when the technician had completed the work. He arrived on time, conducted a thorough inspection of the problematic areas, and then explained in detail what needed to be done. The humane and thoughtful approach to removing the squirrels without trapping them was important to me and, within a day, the barriers and deterrents that the technician installed were successful in ridding the squirrels, lots of squirrels, from where they had been nesting. The price was fair especially because it included several follow-up visits to ensure the work was a 100% success, which it was. I would completely recommend AAA Wildlife Control if you are having any wildlife problems because of the absolutely fantastic service but also because the removal of the squirrels was done in the most thoughtful and humane way possible.

We were very much pleased and impressed by AAA Wildlife Control's prompt and effective treatment of our rodent problem. We have called on them before, and we will certainly do so again when the need arises.

We had a squirrel that had decided our chimney was a good place to build a nest. After trying unsuccessfully to remove it ourselves we contacted AAA wildlife control.They showed up on time and perservered in removing the squirrel ( it took about 6 visits).I recommend them and would not hesitate to use them again.

I was very pleased with the service from AAA Wildlife. From the very pleasant and on the ball customer service agent I spoke to on the phone to the technician that came to our house.I heard about them through the SPCA's website as a way of dealing with mice that does not involve using poison. We've had them out 3 times now and our mice problem is gone. I would definitely recommend them.
