Working with Century21 Paramount has been nothing short of an amazing experience. They provide me with the most updated tools and education. Their emphasis on training and supporting me with social media and marketing tool are things that make them one of the best companies to be apart of.

I had a very disappointing experience with Mr. Kevin Carlyle who works with this agency. I am in the process of selling my home in Lorne Park and Kevin requested a one hour visit March 28th from 2-3 PM. As my wife, son and myself work out of the house this meant that we had to leave work for a little over an hour in the middle of a busy work day which is fine.However as it turns out Kevin never showed up, never cancelled or even offered an explanation in spite of a phone call and e mail, neither of which were returned. My security system and cameras verified that nobody entered our house or even drove by for that matter-ours is a private road with almost no traffic.All of the other 40 viewings either showed up, cancelled or changed the time-Kevin is the only one unprofessional enough to not even offer an apology. I will be making a formal complaint to the Ontario Real Estate Board.

I am happy to be a part of great team environment; the team helps new agents like me to learn various aspects of real estate with many tools and techniques. I have become more proficient in my work with their commitment to help agents and by following the companies values.

I have done business with Harry Saggy in the past. His professionalism, honesty, and cooperation is key to why I would recommend him to any of my friends and family! I found his approach more relationship based than just a transaction. I visited his office couple times and found the staff very professional as well.

Poor with no integrity. Zero professionalism. Cheap quality materials and uncertified unaccredited labor used on his reno property sales.Runs away from phone calls from other realtor after the sale. Disciplined warning issued from RECO after proven misrepresentation

Very bad service and dishonesty...their agents roop and Amy tricked me into signing a 1 year agreement without notifying us, saying that I signed the paper during my offer preparation. Definitely be careful with these guys. I will also follow up with a complaint to reco ( real estate counsel of Ontario )

Baldeep Singh Thind is by far the best Realtor I have worked with. Patient, professional and Trustworthy. Understood my requirement and helped me find the right property even in this tough market for buyers. Highly recommend his services.

Great customer service from Amy Dhillon, was very helpful throughout the whole process of purchasing our home. She made our concerns her own and found solutions to all our problems. Loved working with her!

We had Kamaljeet Singh book a showing to come see our house we are selling Friday July 29 5-6 pm never showed up or cancelled. You are a joke and embarrassment to your industry too easy for senseless people like yourself to get a license. You should be held accountable and fined for wasting peoples time.
