Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Drain Service

I am really pleased with the service.I am in from Calgary dealing with a pipe issue in my Mother-in-law's home.Mark came on Saturday & cleaned out the pipe.Unfortunately it backed up again following day so he came again & cleaned it out again, put a camera down.Stuck with the 24hr guarantee, was very pleasant & informative, said he'd have to charge for putting the camera down but in the end left saying no charge.Highly recommend.

The black tank on my 5th wheel wouldn't drain & the RV service departments were suggesting replacing it at $1200. After many searches for septic cleanup, Google finally suggestsu Rotor Rooter?.!This Lethbridge location gave me clear directions where to find them, & once I arrived they put a small team on my trailer to fix me up as quick as possible. They had all the proper attachments, they were friendly & informative.I would highly recommend their service for quality & affordability.

So grateful to the excellent staff of Roto-Rooter! They came on the weekend when by basement had some sewage backup. They were pleasant, thorough, and answered all my questions. I would definitely call them again.

Had a pipe burst underneath the cement in our basement, a very nice lady put us in touch with the overnight fella, who got us to call the city to shut the water off. When I called him back he didn't sound pleased at the idea of coming down to fix it; ended up having a different guy show up in the morning. I'm terrible at recalling names, but the man who came to our house was very respectful and easy to get along with for us and our pets, he was seriously awesome to work with. He also dealt with the city for the curb stop, which was certainly a relief. Despite our house being so old that it's not in line with modern pipe sizes he made the process relatively quick and painless. He even went to multiple distributors to find a suitable part, so it did really feel that he went above and beyond for us.

Steve at RotoRooter came out yesterday within 1 hour of us calling reception and solved our hard crisis situation at our rental home. Would give 6 stars if we could here. Previous disastrous tenants who caused $7K worth of damages also plugged the upstairs drain with hair and tampons and toys. We had tried to auger it out with our own 25ft drill auger but was not successful. It's a 70 year old home with difficult plumbing. Steve with much sweat and effort and skill did not give up and was able to clear one drain, and then after some more effort clear the second one. Both drains as good as new: we can turn on both taps on full and it all flows away. Crisis overted. We also have one of the large plumbing companies in town we use for plumbing repairs, but we consulted with them and RotoRooter is the best in town for tough problems. Also all the work Steve completed fit into our tight budget as well being landlords, that is an important thing for us. Steve also cleaned up completely the bathroom. It was a messy job and I feel bad we had to put him through it.We have used RotoRooter on three occasions now for rental plugs and sewer backups and are continually helped by them. They get things done.

HORRIBLE!! Had to give a star to post but I give ZERO STARS!! Sewer is backing up in the basement. Called their 24/7 emergency line, was told no one working today, horrible customer service and their emergency line is not real!

I tried everything. The guy knew what the issue was right away. He had the toilet flushing in 30 minutes. Charged me for 30 minutes instead of an hour. Great service. Friendly. Knowledgeable.

Roto Rooter you guys are the best! Definitely recommend their services, after having a few plumbers and drain companies try and figure out the problem with no luck I called roto rooter and was impressed by the prompt service and she was very fast in getting us draining, she was super happy and so friendly a real treat to have around we really enjoyed this experience with her, even though it was really gross and a nightmare this girl that came was just amazing, she knew the problem wasn't scared of how gross it was and got to it and in no time it was draining, you have a real gem there guys, she was so knowledgeable and hardworking with an amazing personality!

Very impressed, Jen was pretty calm and so very proffesional and she made us feel so much better with this whole horrid ordeal. I definitely recommend her as she is just an impressive lady with a great attitude and does an excellent job, it was a total mess and she went out of her way to accommodate us and clean up as best as she could considering how bad it was, two thumbs up to Roto Rooter!

Wow. That's what I want to say right off the bat. We had been having some issues with our dishwasher not draining. After replacing the dishwasher and reinstalling it with my father in law. We found out that wasn't the problem at all. We decided to bite the bullet and call a plumber. My wife chose these guys pretty much at random. We were shocked when they said they could come the next day and that diagnosing the issue was free. The guy came and within 15 mins had it figured out and didn't charge us a dime. We will 100% be using them in the future for any plumbing needs we have. Highly recommend
