Purchased a Broil King bbq thanks to all of the information provided by Pam. She was extremely well informed and had answers for all of our questions and offered much more information about the features of the bbq that we didn’t think to ask about. Pam, with all of her knowledge, was definitely the reason why we purchased this bbq.Thank you PamWe had the bbq delivered by two young men who set it up and showed us how to use it - also very efficient and well informed.

We came into the store looking to replace our 40+ year old BBQ and knew nothing about what we were looking for. Pam did a great job educating us on all the different BBQs and accessories in the store, and really listened to what was important to us. We ended up purchasing a Broil King Baron 400 Series, which we're already enjoying and hope will last us for many years to come. The service team were excellent and responsive in ensuring our BBQ was delivered to us as arranged, and we really appreciated the efficiency and professionalism exhibited by the two gentlemen who delivered and set our BBQ up, and in particular, making sure we know how our BBQ worked before they left.Thanks guys for the great service. Excellent Service from Bryce at the South Calgary store. Picked up a Weber on Sunday, very helpful. I would shop again at this location. All the staff seemed very helpful, including Tara. Showroom was clean and well stocked and organized.

Over priced and over rated. I just buy my pellets from here and there expensivecomparedto other places. I bought a smoker from here. I won't mention the brand but to say the least it was a headache start to finish. I ended up getting it replaced after months of arguing with them. I should have just bought it from Costco or on Facebook Marketplace, Kijiji is where I found the one in the picture I literally paid ⅓rd of the price haven't had an issue since I got it. Who's Bambis Mother?

I have purchased a few barbecues (Kamado Joe-Big Joe, Weber performer, Napoleon portables), firepits, supplies and accessories for several years. Recently dealing with customer service has been a frustrating experience to be generous. The customer experience apparently is not a priority. Staff was somewhat helpful when I was directly communicating with Kamado Joe service about replacing a major part under warranty that was taking time because of poor internal Kamado communication. But afterwards, staff agreed to replace a small Kamado part through BBQ Galore warranty and has not delivered after a month. Three times, I was told I will be called back by a date with no response when the date passes. After calling today, I am told the part was not even ordered. Possibly this is part of the Kamado Joe quality decline. Even Barbecue's Galore is not supporting customers who buy Kamado products. Or is it an example of erratic BBQ Galore customer service?

Jordan (I think!) From parts was super helpful, we needed a part for our existing BBQ and he helped us find the right part, he also tested our existing hose for leaks, this was one of the best places I've ever shopped at, when we upgrade our BBQ we will definitely go here.

Just like it says on the sign! There are barbecues galore here. Our pickup was handled smoothly, the loading dock experience was super efficient. Thank you for your great service! I should come back to this review sometime and post a picture of the star of our balcony!

Came looking for a charcoal BBQ and I’m very happy with the experience. Jayden was so helpful, kind and knowledgeable. She answered all my questions and helped me pick out accessories. I wouldn’t have made a purchase that day if it wasn’t for her!
