Amazing service - BRENT the manager was amazing when I called in he gave me the best price and I called at least 6 places. Not only that I called in at 4:00pm and he had me booked in 5:30 and I was out of there after changing 4 tires by 6:15pm. As soon as I walked in SID took care of me and was so friendly and answered all my questions. The install team was quick Best experience ever.Jamal

Came in on a whim for tire swap service as other nearby shops were booked up or busy. Got a spot immediately, quick and accommodated my needs. I've also purchased tires in the past. Definately get your service done here.

Had an issue with a TPMS (Tire sensor) called a local shop - they told me call Factory Tire... I called and they had an opening with 1hr to closing. Drove in and Miraz assisted with the booking... Antonio did the service and was very informative and friendly. Customer service from these two gentlemen was top shelf. I did not know of this shop and happy I found them. As much as I would like to keep this place to myself - I can guarantee that I will be telling more friends and family of the wonderful experience and service. Thank you Factory Tire!
