I wanted to thank the team at Docbraces for helping my son attach the back wire on his braces that had come off. We are so grateful for your help! We were on holiday from BC and when calling clinics to see if I could get some help to get the back wire on the last tooth this was the clinic that called me with help and amazing service. They went above and beyond and even though my son was not a patient of theirs they helped with no charge! So grateful to you! Thanks again. Based on the service and friendly staff I would most definitely recommend this clinic. A big thanks again!

Highly recommend DR Braces Truro.The entire team is kind, professional and very knowledgeable. From the moment you walk in your greeted with a welcoming and professional environment.Very accommodating with appointment times for out of town patients . The entire team takes time to explain treatment, payments , insurance etc.Thank you to DR Braces Truro for making my sons treatment and smile so great!

I was contracted to upholster 6 treatment chairs at the Truro office. The work was completed November 22,2022. I still have not been paid. Archana in the payables department said I would be paid February 17,2023. I was not. I can’t get anyone to answer my phone calls or emails. This business does not seem to operate ethically.

My daughter needed braces and from the beginning until the end, they have been very informative, accommodating, and all staff are very pleasant to deal with. My daughter never complained about any of the procedures done and every was really nice to her.

Our family has had/has 3 members get services from the DocBraces in Truro. Overall our experience is wonderful. Super friendly staff, the doctor is great and they are very accommodating. Would definitely recommend them to friends and family.

We started with Doc Braces when Emily was in Grade 6 with Dr. Johnston. He was wonderful! We are very happy to continue with Doc Braces Truro for her retainer maintenance now that she’s in Gr. 10. We love the staff and the service is exceptionally professional.
